| Railway engineering is a complex system engineering with multi-specialty coordination,multi-type cross operation and multi-participation,which produces many technical interfaces in time,space,physics and function.The construction process of technical interface is complex,the environment is harsh,the influencing factors are numerous,and the whole construction process is full of uncertainty.With the progress of construction,the uncertain factors interact and influence each other,which makes the construction schedule of technical interface have a big gap with the actual project,and the problem of resource conflict is serious and the construction efficiency is low.Problems such as schedule delay,quality decline and cost increase are prone to occur,which brings great challenges to the construction of railway projects.Therefore,how to take effective measures to solve the conflict of technical interface process resources,improve the construction efficiency of technical interface,so as to ensure the smooth progress of railway construction,has become an important content of railway research.Therefore,this paper takes the technical interface as the research object,based on the analysis of the causes of the conflict of working procedure resources in the technical interface,carries out the dynamic collaborative management of each interface task in all directions,the whole process and all elements,establishes the multi-objective optimization model of technical interface resource-schedule,realizes the coordination and optimization of each objective,and finally simulates the construction efficiency level of Put forward the strategy to improve the construction efficiency level of technical interface.Firstly,in order to ensure the reasonable and efficient allocation of resources,DEMATEL-ISM model is proposed to solve the conflict problem of process resources in railway engineering technology interface.Based on the theory of total quality management,the index system of influencing factors of process resource conflict in technical interface was constructed from five dimensions of "human,machine,material,method and environment",and the ISM and DEMATEL methods are used to explore the relationship between the factors of process resource conflict,and the multi-level hierarchical structure model of influencing factors is established to analyze the structure level of influencing factors of process resources conflict in technical interface.Identify the cause factors and result factors,carry out hierarchical management and control of the factors,effectively prevent the occurrence of resource conflicts,and ensure the completion of railway projects on schedule.Secondly,in order to solve the problems of idling,shutdown and waste of resources caused by the low degree of coordination of multi-subject,multi-task and multi-process in the construction of railway engineering technology interface,improve the dynamic optimization allocation efficiency of railway engineering technology interface process resources,and realize the efficient utilization of resources.From the point of view of the whole system,using the collaborative idea,the dynamic collaborative management of each interface task is carried out in all directions,the whole process and all elements,and the collaborative management framework of railway engineering technology interface is constructed,which lays the foundation for the comprehensive collaborative management of schedule-resource in the process of interface implementation,and using Pareto optimal principle and based on NSGA-IIs.A multi-objective trade-off optimization model of technical interface resources,duration and robust value is established under uncertain environment,and a series of Pareto optimal solution sets are obtained to achieve the coordination and optimization of each objective.Then,in order to dynamically simulate the ergonomics level of the whole process of technical interface construction,the ergonomics system dynamics model of technical interface construction is constructed to study the changing trend of its ergonomics level.Firstly,based on the principle of ergonomics and the idea of construction system decomposition,the construction ergonomics system of railway engineering technology interface is constructed,and the relationship between the system elements of "human,machine,environment and management" is analyzed.On this basis,from the four aspects of "human,machine,environment and management",through literature review,expert investigation and other related methods to systematically identify the factors affecting the efficiency of technical interface construction,through the analysis of the interaction of various factors,the key factors and weights are established,and the causality diagram and flow diagram of key factors are drawn by using the system dynamics theory.The variables and simulation equations are determined,which lays a foundation for the trend analysis of the ergonomic level of the technical interface in the engineering example.Finally,the engineering technical interface of a railway section is selected as the research object to carry out an example verification,and the results show that the influencing factors of process resource conflict in the technical interface of the section can be divided into a six-level hierarchical structure model,and the unreasonable process arrangement is the root factor leading to process resource conflict.The low coordination degree of each participant and the delay of material supply are the most direct factors leading to the conflict of process resources.The multi-objective optimization analysis of resource-schedule is carried out for the bid section,and the optimal solutions of 26 schedule schemes are obtained,which provides a basis for decision makers of interface management.At the same time,through the simulation results under the initial state and the comparative simulation analysis under different scenarios,it is found that the main factors affecting the construction efficiency of the technical interface in this bid section are environmental factors and management factors,among which the most sensitive factor in environmental factors is "uncontrollable bad weather".The most sensitive factor in management factors is "no effective interface management procedures and methods",and the control measures to improve the level of technical interface efficiency are put forward from the establishment and improvement of interface management system and the information management of interface. |
