As the main force of transportation,railway transportation plays an important role in the process of connecting inland and coastal areas of China,and countries and regions along the"One Belt and One Road".Due to the extreme climatic conditions in the plateau area of China,the artificial and mechanical efficiency of railway engineering projects in this environment is obviously lower than that in the inland areas,and the physical and chemical properties of construction equipment and building materials are affected to different degrees.This series of problems will affect the construction project schedule,quality safety,cost control and the physical and mental health of the operators.This paper has certain reference value for study ing the influence of plateau environment on the manual construction efficiency of railway engineering and putting forward the safeguard control measures.The research focus of this paper is to identify the factors that affect the manual work efficiency of railway construction in the plateau environment according to the basic ergonomics principles,and build a causal model to analyze the factors,so as to obtain the influence degree of each factor on the manual work efficiency,screen out the key factors,and propose targeted safeguard measures.In the process,based on the ergonomics of the original "human-machine-environment" system,on the basis of emphasized the importance of management in which,the construction efficiency system is decomposed into "human-machine-environment-management" four integration system,reference of existing research results,around the four subsystems identify plateau environment impact of railway engineering artificial 18 factors of work efficiency.In order to effectively analyze the influence of these factors on the labor efficiency,this paper constructs a causal analysis model of the factors affecting the labor efficiency,which takes the questionnaire survey of railway engineering managers and operators as the data source,the decision laboratory analysis method,the interpretive structure model and the structural equation model as the data analysis tools.In Qinghai-Tibet railway engineering case,the establishment of railway construction management personnel survey questionnaire,make managers determine whether there is a direct affect the relationship between various influencing factors,using the laboratory analysis and explanation structure model analysis of the questionnaire results,to get the status of various factors in the work system,division level for these factors,screen out the key factors.Received when combining research management questionnaire analysis results and the opinions of the suggestion,homework personnel questionnaire,let homework personnel selection of artificial factors in the actual work efficiency,the influence of finishing the questionnaire results and reliability validity analysis,introduces the questionnaire results after finishing Amos software,structural equation model is established and calculated by path coefficient between different affecting factors,the relationship between various factors and their impact on the efficiency of the artificial.The results of questionnaire analysis were compared with the results of questionnaire analysis of managers to select the key factors.Results show that the artificial efficiency change,the most obvious is the performance of the homework personnel strength load,reaction time and the change of mental state,and the change of the performance of the key factors,mainly has homework personnel’s own professional and technical level,is engaged in the related work of construction enterprise,construction of quality precision requirements,the pre-service training,the site of the project of the equipment provided by the material layout and project area environment temperature,based on these factors,put forward the reasonable arrangement of operation time of assignment,optimizing space layout,a series of measures such as strengthening skill training,to improve the efficiency of railway engineering construction artificial operation,And the safety of employee construction process.
