Railway engineering is a large-scale and complex project,and its construction process requires multi-party participation,multidisciplinary collaboration,and efficient communication between multiple entities,resulting in a large number of technical interfaces between different organizations,specialties,and entities,forming a technical interface system.The complexity of railway engineering construction environment has led to a diversity of interface issues,resulting in a wide range of safety risk sources for railway engineering technical interfaces in the region,with great uncertainty.It is also more susceptible to the complex relationship between safety risk factors,leading to serious safety accidents.Therefore,it is very important to minimize and prevent safety risks during the construction process,reduce losses caused by various risk factors,ensure the integrity of engineering construction,ensure the safety of railway construction process,and evaluate the safety management of railway engineering technical interfaces to prevent the occurrence of risks.In response to the particularity of technical interface engineering,the complexity of safety risk factors,and the shortcomings of current methods in interface management,the "resilience" theory is introduced to study how the railway engineering technical interface safety management system can self adjust,self-organize,and self recover to resist risks and absorb interference to restore safety and stability when facing external interference,By evaluating the resilience of the railway engineering technology interface safety management system,propose resilience optimization measures,achieve resilience management,and improve the risk resistance ability of the railway engineering technology interface safety management system.Based on the engineering systems theory,the safety management system of railway engineering technical interface is divided into four subsystems: personnel,materials,environment and management subsystems,and the boundaries of each subsystem are defined;Based on the research on resilience theory by domestic and foreign scholars,the connotation of resilience in railway engineering technology interface safety management system is clarified.The characteristic elements of system resilience are summarized as robustness,redundancy,rapidity,and intelligence.Based on the three stages before,during,and after the occurrence of risk accidents,the resilience of railway engineering technology interface safety management system is summarized as resistance maintenance ability,recovery absorption ability,and optimization learning ability.Based on the division of the subsystem of the railway engineering technology interface safety management system and the system resilience characteristic capability,resilience evaluation indicators were selected and summarized through literature research,questionnaire survey,and expert interview methods.With the system resilience characteristic capability as the secondary indicator,a railway engineering technology interface safety management system resilience evaluation index system was constructed with 3 secondary indicators and 23 tertiary indicators;Referring to relevant national standards and specifications,combined with the classification of resilience evaluation levels,the resilience level and threshold of the railway engineering technology interface safety management system are divided.According to expert scoring,the improved G2 method is used to calculate the subjective weight of the resilience evaluation index,and the projection pursuit model optimized by genetic algorithm is used to calculate the objective weight.The combination of the two is used to give weight to the evaluation index through the theory of game theory.In order to eliminate the situation that the index with large toughness level is neutralized,the variable weight theory is introduced to calculate the variable weight of the evaluation index,taking into account the fuzziness and uncertainty of the evaluation process,Propose a resilience evaluation model for railway engineering technical interface safety management system based on cloud model,and apply the model to the technical interface safety management system between Bayu Bridge(the third span)and Sangzhuling Tunnel in railway engineering.Conduct resilience evaluation on it,and the evaluation results show that the resilience level of the technical interface safety management system in the region is relatively high,which is consistent with the actual engineering situation,Verified the rationality and applicability of the resilience evaluation model for railway engineering technology interface safety management system.Based on the evaluation results,propose resilience optimization measures.
