After years of rapid economic growth,the automobile industry has developed vigorously.Vehicles accumulated during the period of economic rapid growth have gradually entered the scrapping period.The rise of new energy vehicles has further accelerated the replacement of old vehicles.Scrapped cars can provide raw materials such as steel,non-ferrous metals,precious metals,rubber,etc.,and are a comprehensive renewable resource.Against the background of increasing requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development,reverse logistics is becoming more and more important,especially for automobile manufacturers.Reverse logistics is the process of returning items or materials in the supply chain from customers or consumers,including the disposal and recycling of waste.By evaluating the reverse logistics capabilities of automobile manufacturing enterprises,enterprises can understand the development degree of their reverse logistics,identify problems in the development process of reverse logistics,and then take optimization measures.Ultimately,at the enterprise level,cost savings and new profit sources will be discovered.And at the industry level,the automotive industry will be driven toward green,circular,and low-carbon development.This study aims to evaluate the reverse logistics capability of automobile manufacturing enterprises and propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the reverse logistics capability according to the evaluation results.First,through the analysis of the reverse logistics system of automobile manufacturing enterprises and the literature review,an evaluation index system for reverse logistics capabilities is constructed.The indicator system includes 20 evaluation indicators involving five dimensions economy,technology,resources,environment,and society.Using the DEMATEL-ISM method to analyze the evaluation index of the reverse logistics capability of automobile manufacturing enterprises,build a multi-level hierarchical structure model,and analyze how these factors affect the reverse logistics capability of automobile manufacturing enterprises from two aspects of influence level and influence path.Secondly,construct the reverse logistics capability evaluation model of automobile manufacturing enterprises.The weight of the evaluation index is obtained by the entropy weight method,and then the comprehensive score of the reverse logistics capability of the enterprise is calculated.A clustering and grading evaluation model based on the principle of the data field is constructed,and the comprehensive score of the reverse logistics capability of the automobile manufacturing enterprise is clustered and graded.Finally,combined with the example of T enterprise,calculate its reverse logistics capability score from 2002 to 2021 and perform clustering and grading evaluation on the score.The clustering results show that the reverse logistics capability development of T enterprise can be divided into four stages: initial development,fluctuation adjustment,rapid development,and stable improvement.Based on the four development stages and the five dimensions of economy,technology,resources,environment,and society,the key factors affecting the reverse logistics capability of T enterprise are analyzed,and the reverse logistics capability improvement path is pointed out in combination with the multi-level hierarchical structure model.
