The third party logistics which has rapid development in the automobile supply chain has realized the change of inventory management from the internal enterprise to the whole supply chain.The effective control and management of the inventory can regulate the supply and demand differences in the supply chain,and buffer the automobile manufacturing enterprises from the influence of uncertainty.It is of great significance to reduce the overall cost of supply chain.The traditional enterprise inventory management mainly focuses on reducing the inventory cost of optimizing the enterprise,lack of consideration from the perspective of the whole supply chain,so under the background of supply chain integration,The optimization and control of inventory management combined with the core business process of third-party logistics in automobile manufacturing enterprises can not only effectively reduce the cost of third-party logistics,but also have a positive impact on improving the operation efficiency of automobile supply chain.This thesis takes the automobile supply chain as the background,takes the third party logistics enterprise of the automobile manufacturing enterprise as the research object,on the basis of the on-the-spot investigation of the enterprise,takes the core business process as the clue.Aiming at the problem of inventory explosion caused by supplier oversupply in advance in the third party logistics of automobile manufacturing enterprises in the supply of parts and components.To optimize the supply logistics,a cyclic milk-run model for the level-oriented production mode considering the maximum inventory constraint is established.By introducing the maximum inventory constraint as the feedback,the traditional cyclic milk-run model is transformed from open-loop to closed-loop,and the traditional model is transformed from open-loop to closed-loop.On the basis of optimizing transportation cost,the inventory cost of third-party logistics is minimized,and the problem of warehouse explosion is solved from the source of supply.In order to solve the problem of excessive error of safe inventory in inventory management,a prediction model of safe inventory considering the weight of calculable parameter of sample characteristics is established to improve the precision of safe inventory prediction.The least square support vector machine algorithm is used to solve the problem of small sample size and low latitude.The input parameters are optimized and the input parameters are considered comprehensively from the point of view of supply chain,and the characteristic parameters of the third party logistics are added to the input layer.On the basis of the more comprehensive data dimension of the prediction model,the weight of each parameter can be quantitatively calculated by using the theoretical model of parametric weight analysis to realize the practical application value of the prediction model of safe inventory.In order to solve the problem of delivery delay in distribution logistics,a model based on(R,S)replenishment strategy is established to realize the collaborative optimization of part flipping and delivery.The distribution logistics system is divided into distribution subsystem and package flipping subsystem.Taking(R,S)replenishment strategy as the regulating mechanism,the two-level regulation system of pre-planning and modified planning is adopted,and each subsystem is optimized step by means of collaborative optimization algorithm.The efficiency of delivery is improved on the basis of reducing the cost of distribution logistics,and the high penalty cost of third party logistics due to delayed delivery is avoided.Finally,using PHP development language and MVC system framework,the inventory management system suitable for the investigated logistics enterprises is established,and the circulation milk-run model,which is oriented to the level production mode and considering the maximum inventory constraint,is put forward.A safety inventory forecasting model based on(R,S)replenishment strategy is implemented in a systematic way,which takes into account the parameter weights of the samples,and demonstrates the system through an example,which is based on the(R,S)replenishment strategy.The feasibility and scientificity of the model are verified.
