With the development of infrastructure in China,the construction technology of roads and bridges needs to be continuously updated to meet the complex and diverse bridge construction projects in China.The bridge construction involved in this project is located above rivers,and the complex geological environment poses challenges to bridge construction.Due to the fact that the bridge body is located in a non-navigable river channel and the steel box beams are of varying heights,conventional construction methods for steel box beams are not applicable.How to transport and quickly install steel box beams in non-navigable river channels has become a problem that needs to be solved in bridge construction.Therefore,technical personnel propose beam bottom suspension beam transportation technology based on actual needs,to solve the technical difficulties in the installation and construction of variable cross-section steel box beams in non-navigable waters.This article first introduces the beam transportation process flow and mechanical hydraulic system process principal scheme of the beam bottom suspension beam transportation equipment,and based on this premise,develops the network construction scheme of the beam bottom suspension beam transportation equipment and the control system scheme of the beam bottom suspension beam transportation equipment.Conduct theoretical research,simulation analysis,and experimental verification on the design scheme of the control system,and ultimately complete the establishment of the beam bottom suspension and transportation control system.The technical analysis of equipment networking is carried out for the long-distance communication of suspension beam transport equipment at the bottom of beam.Firstly,according to the mathematical model of antenna radiation field,the communication antenna is selected by simulation,secondly,the coverage of wireless signal is analyzed by Matlab visual simulation.Then,reasonable hardware is selected by parameter calculation and topological structure design is carried out to complete the construction of WLAN system.Finally,the optimal networking scheme is obtained by comparing the signal quality of different communication modes,and the wireless communication network of beam bottom suspension and transport beam is established based on WLAN technology.For the dual track synchronous control problem of the beam bottom suspension beam transport machine,a fuzzy PID dual system synchronous control algorithm is proposed.A single system control strategy and dual system control method are developed,and corresponding mathematical models are established for simulation analysis.Fuzzy control rules are formulated and a fuzzy PID controller is established.A joint simulation model of AMESim and Simulink is established,and high-precision synchronous control of the dual systems is achieved through the fuzzy control algorithm,realize precise synchronous control under the master-slave following mode of dual system hydraulic cylinders.The design of the control system for the suspended beam transportation equipment at the bottom of the beam includes the software and hardware design of the master and slave control systems.Firstly,a distributed control system for hanging and transporting beams at the bottom of the beam is built,and the PLC controller and various modules are selected.The control method of "upper computer and lower computer" is adopted for data exchange in the form of PROFINET communication,and the input and output signals of each module are distributed.The circuit schematic diagram of the control module and control circuit is designed to achieve the overall hardware system design.Design and develop the software system of the control system.The upper computer software uses a human-computer interaction interface to monitor and control the operating status of the equipment,while the lower computer software writes reasonable programs to achieve logical control and algorithm processing.After completing the control system design,establish a control system platform,conduct experiments and debugging on the beam bottom suspension beam transportation equipment,analyze the optimal signal sending direction of the antenna,optimize the interference rate in signal transmission,and optimize the wireless local area network.By gradually increasing the load through experiments,the accuracy and reliability of the walking control of the beam bottom suspension beam transport machine were verified.By comparing and analyzing the exported data,it can be concluded that this control system meets the requirements for beam transport.
