At present,it is the most important to construct special line for passenger traffic to apart the passenger transportation from freight.For the requests and restricts of special line for passenger traffic construct technology,transporting the concrete precast box girder to storing pedestal from precasting must rely on special wheel vehicle.900t girder hoister is just built to meet the need.Considering the factors of large amount demands,expensive costs and long supply time,import girder can not meet the market needs completely.so,this thesis combine theory with project practice and in connection with performances requirements and application characteristics of girder hoister,completed analysis and comparison of the key technology of girder hoister under domestic and abroad environments.The electric-hydraulic control systems of girder hoister,incluing hydraulic steering system,hydraulic suspension system,hydraulic drive system,crown block system and ancillary shoring system are researched.Then,theoretical analysis is applied to some problems such as cooperative control of hydraulic system of girder hoister,grouping and uniform load statically indeterminate,force different and speed different of drive system and antiskid control of drive system.The paper put emphasis on analyzing the dynamics of drive system,calculate the resisting force and power consume under different situation,design the hydraulic drive system,study on the control mode,apply the full electricity control project on EP and choose the main components of hydraulic drive system based on the calculation result.Found the hydraulic drive system simulation model of girder hoister with the help of AMESIM simulation software,by the way of simulation,study the system responses in three kinds of control signals under different road conditions.Study the hydraulic system impulsion in relevant to traction performance,startup speed and upgrade climbing,and advise the way and parameter to reduce impulsion.
