Evaluation Of Assemble Capacity Of CHINA RAILWAY Express In Mid-western City

The CHINA RAILWAY Express(CR Express)is an innovative initiative for China to explore the development of the “ the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road ”,and an important carrier for deepening cooperation with countries along the route,and its regular operation has expanded new trade channels for China.With the gradual expansion of trade between Central Asia and China,and the number of trains has been growing year after year,but the gap between the cities where the CR Express are operating is widening.For cities that have entered the normal operation stage of the train,and the cargo source is sufficient and open direct transport trains;however,for some cities with limited cargo collection capacity and single source of cargo,and direct transport increases the collection time of the goods,and the goods are in the customer waiting time range from the beginning of the demand,and the collection waiting makes the efficient advantages of direct transport is greatly curbed.Some trains set cargo difficulties can only be organized on demand,and resulting in a waste of resources,and low transport efficiency.It can be seen that the consolidation capacity plays a decisive role in the operation of CR Express in each operating city,and it is important to evaluate the consolidation capacity of CR Express in operating cities and propose valuable improvement strategies.This paper firstly summarizes the foundation and status quo of the study on the agglomeration capacity of cities operating CR Express,and then constructs the evaluation index structure of city agglomeration capacity with the improved diamond model,and in the context of “the Belt and Road” initiative.It solves the limitation of the original diamond model in selecting evaluation index;After the initial selection of evaluation indexes,and the clustering method and the correlation coefficient method were used to screen the indexes and construct an evaluation index system for the agglomeration capacity of cities operating CR Express,and the rationality of the index system construction was verified by the variance method.Secondly,the cloud model fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to solve the problem of fuzziness and randomness in the process of evaluating the assembly capacity of cities where CR Express are operating.Through the constructed evaluation index system of CR Express operating cities’ agglomeration capacity,and the evaluation index weights were calculated by the entropy method with objective assignment,and the horizontal comparison analysis was conducted on the agglomeration capacity of eight central and western CR Express operating cities from the spatial dimension,and the vertical comparison analysis was conducted on the agglomeration capacity of Lanzhou City from 2016 to 2020 from the temporal dimension,and the evaluation grade and comprehensive evaluation grade of each criterion level of the eight cities and the evaluation grade and comprehensive evaluation grade of each criterion level of Lanzhou City from 2016 to 2020 were determined.Finally,by analyzing the evaluation results of the cloud model,the advantages and problems of CR Express consolidation capacity in eight cities are summarized respectively,and the targeted development suggestions are given.
