| With the steady promotion of "The Belt and Road" strategy,as the third logistic mode between China and Europe except sea and air transport,CR Express has been recognized by more and more enterprises and cargo owners at home and abroad,and has become a public logistics product widely recognized by countries along the route,which has played an important role in stabilizing the international supply chain and helping to fight against epidemics along the China-Europe route.Various dry port-type hub cities have been established and developed rapidly,operating CR one after another,carrying out the work of concentrating the cargo sources of the trains and organizing the transportation of the trains in an efficient and orderly manner,etc.The development of CR Express has become increasingly standardized and scaled up,and has shifted from the stage of high quantity focusing on the number of operations and scale range to the stage of high-quality development.Therefore,it is significant to improve the high-quality evaluation management system of CR Express,coordinate enterprises in transportation organization,information sharing,facility and equipment construction,etc.continuously improve the quality and efficiency of CR Express operation,and promote the high-quality development of CR Express.Based on the principle of "quality-oriented and efficiency-first",the thesis aims to improve the operation quality and conducts the evaluation model and control improvement system construction and case study of CR Express based on DMAIC quality management model.Based on the summary of the research status of ChinaEuropean Liner at home and abroad and the analysis of related concepts such as quality management,total quality management,dry ports and CR Express,the thesis establishes a quality evaluation model and control improvement system of CR Express operation based on the analysis steps of DMAIC quality model.In the definition stage(D),the influencing factors are analyzed from capability quality,process quality and result quality,and the quality index system is finally established by using the coefficient of variation method to screen the indexes;in the measurement stage(M),the comprehensive weights of the indexes are determined by using the sequential relationship method,entropy weight method and multiplicative combination method,and the weight values are brought into the cone ratio model to evaluate the trains and identify the effective trains of operation quality;in the analysis stage(A),the analysis stage(A)uses the gray correlation analysis method to rank and analyze the operation quality;the improvement stage(I)uses the obstacle degree model to screen out the indicators that each train needs to focus on improving;the control stage(C)uses the quality improvement direction analysis model to draw an analysis quadrilateral on the basis of the screened indicators,after analyzing the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external advantages and external disadvantages,and determines the direction of improvement for the operation of the CR Express according to the center of gravity and azimuth of the quadrilateral.The direction of quality improvement is determined based on the center of gravity and azimuth of the quadrilateral.Finally,the case study verifies the feasibility of the operational quality evaluation model and control improvement system for the CR Express.The research results show that HS Europe is effective among the six CR Express;Draw an analytical quadrilateral with a focus on the opportunity oriented strategic area within the development zone;Proposed measures to improve the operational quality of CR Express. |
