| With the progress of science and technology,and the increase of human costs.AI products have gradually become a pillar hot industry in the world.At the same time,end users also put forward higher requirements for product quality.At present,AI is a highly competitive industry,and the quality level of products plays a decisive role in the highly competitive environment.G company is an intelligent sweeping robot enterprise.In recent years,the company’s business has been growing rapidly,but the enterprise has ignored the improvement of quality management level,resulting in increasingly obvious quality problems.Especially in terms of customer complaint rate,product production pass-through rate and incoming material inspection pass rate,it has not met the company’s predetermined requirements in recent years,and there is also a significant gap compared with the same industry.The repeated occurrence of product quality problems has resulted in cost waste,customer satisfaction reduction and even loss of some key customers.At present,improving product quality is an urgent and primary problem for G Company.Six sigma quality management is applied to the product quality improvement of G company by combing the quality theory and tools.First,it introduces the general situation and quality status of G company,uses Pareto chart,check list and other tools to collect quality problems,and analyzes that the current product has a low straightthrough rate,the current product defects are as high as 136955,and the six sigma level is only 2.59,which is much lower than the general similar traditional sweeper industry.The customer quality complaint rate reached an average of 9.64%per month,far exceeding the company’s target value of 2%.The average pass rate of incoming material inspection is 89.9%,far below the company’s target value of 95.5%.And a series of product quality problems;Then,analyze the causes of the problems through brainstorming and cause-and-effect diagram,and improve and implement the product quality by using the Six Sigma management method.Finally,the effect of the improvement is analyzed,from the direct rate of the product,the customer quality complaint rate,the incoming material inspection pass rate have been improved to different degrees,and the relevant safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the continuous improvement of the product quality of G company.Through the analysis of the actual case of G Intelligent Robot Company,the barriers to the implementation of six sigma and the relevant precautions in the implementation of six sigma are explored.It has improved the product quality of G Company and provided a feasible and effective method for improving the product quality of the enterprise. |
