| Based on the research object of Y company ship operation,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and uses the six sigma management methods to solve and optimize the problems found.Using the literature research method,investigation method and quantitative analysis method,the paper takes the ship operation process of Y company as the research object,uses the five-stage model of six Sigma DMAIC,analyzes the problems affecting the scheduled sailing of Y company ships,and counts out the main factors leading to the problem through Pareto chart-"trailer waiting field bridge in unloading operation","trailer waiting field bridge in loading operation",and further decomposes the two phenomena,analyzes and finds the deep-seated causes of the problem,including:Too many types of imported empty boxes,frequent field bridge running frequency,unloading operations concentrated in one yard,conflict with other ship operations in the yard,loading and overturning,scattering of exit empty box field areas,"trailer dispatch method is not intelligent enough" and so on,and put forward effective solutions and control and maintenance measures.Y company’s ship operation optimization has received significant results,ship operation efficiency has been improved,while the project is expected to save Y company production operation costs of 4.03 million yuan per year.Finally,through the summary and reflection of Y company’s six sigma propulsion process,the paper puts forward the personal experience,and looks forward to the application prospect of the six sigma method in the industry. |
