Lean Management Optimization Research Guided By Lean Culture In TR Company

As the global economy continues to slump and demand shrinks,manufacturing faces increasingly aggressive competition.On the one hand,customers’ demands are diversified and customized.On the other hand,enterprises need to constantly control costs to improve their competitiveness and win the market competition.TR Company has introduced lean production method for eight years,although it has made some achievements,but there are also various problems.Exploring,researching and practicing the optimization scheme of lean management will help companies improve their performance and solve various practical problems.Guided by the theories of lean management and lean culture,this paper uses research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,field interview and experience summary to analyze the existing problems and causes of lean management in TR Company,and puts forward a set of lean management optimization solutions guided by the concept of lean culture:Strengthened the concept awareness of lean management,established the target management mode of lean management roadmap and the workshop "micro-training" management system,optimized the rationalization suggestion system and communication system,and formulated the equipment exception handling process;In view of this solution put forward the organization,system,ideology,material and other aspects of safeguard measures.This paper believes that it is a fundamental approach to think about the causes when lean management is blocked from lean cultural thinking,and propose solutions based on it to be more effective and targeted.At the same time,this practice provides a solution for the implementation of lean management in the same type of manufacturing enterprises encountered obstacles.
