Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of our industrial technical level and economic level,our country gradually from the entrance of the valve to the main export country.In several decades of production technology accumulation,our country’s valve enterprises constantly develop new type of valve products,and also constantly reduces the manufacturing cost of the valve,which makes our country’s production valve has very strong competitiveness in the global market.However,with the continuous growth of Chinese valve enterprises,the valve market has become a Red Sea,how to survive in the increasingly competitive market environment,has become each valve enterprise should focus on the question.This paper will use the relevant knowledge of strategic management and marketing courses to study how N company can improve the market share,profit level and profitability of special material valves,so as to help N company find a more suitable marketing strategy for future development.Through the use of PEST analysis method,analyze N company in the political,economic,social and technical aspects of the marketing environment.Through Porter’s five forces model,the external competitive environment of N company is analyzed and studied,and the competitive situation of the special material valve of N company is pointed out.The 4C theory is used to explain the marketing status of N company in the four aspects of customers,cost,convenience and communication,and point out what problems exist in the marketing of special material valves of N company.Using STP theory,the target market of special material valves is analyzed and studied,and whether the development of special material valves business is in line with the long-term development strategy of N company is discussed.Finally,through the summary of the above analysis conclusions,and based on the four aspects of 4C theory,give N company special material valve marketing strategy optimization suggestions.This paper takes the marketing strategy optimization of the special material valve of N company as the research direction,combines the strategic management theory and marketing theory with the actual business activities of the company,verifies the theories learned from books in practice,and deepens the understanding of relevant marketing theories.At the same time,the conclusions analyzed in this paper also have reference significance for other industrial valve enterprises,which can help industrial valve enterprises obtain more advantages in the market competition.
