| In the 21 st century with increasingly fierce market competition,the core competitiveness is becoming more and more important for the market competition and sustainable development of enterprises.Core employees are an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises.They are the main creators of enterprise value and play an irreplaceable role in the survival and development of enterprises.In recent years,under the guidance of policies,state-owned enterprises have gradually implemented enterprise reform and achieved certain results,which not only improved the management level of enterprises,but also gradually strengthened the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the management system,talent concept,policy intervention and other factors of state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises still make the loss of core employees more prominent,which is not conducive to the stability of the enterprise staff,but also affect the comprehensive strength of the enterprise,resulting in a series of adverse consequences such as production suspension,construction delay and so on.Based on this,this paper takes enterprise a,a state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprise,as the research object to analyze the loss of its core employees.In the research process of core employee turnover in Enterprise A,the research content is composed of five parts: the first part is the introduction,which focuses on the background,purpose and significance of the topic.At the same time,the research results at home and abroad are comprehensively reviewed.At last,the research ideas,research methods and innovations are introduced,which plays a leading role in the whole paper.The second part elaborates related concepts and theories,introduces the basic situation and organizational structure of enterprise A,studies the composition and loss of core employees of Enterprise A,and then elaborates the current strategies of Enterprise A to deal with the loss of core employees,including salary management strategy,welfare incentive strategy,promotion incentive strategy,training incentive strategy and performance appraisal strategy.The third part analyzes the factors affecting the loss of core employees in Enterprise A by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the loss of core employees in enterprise A from three aspects: external environment,internal management and individual employees.The fourth part designs the overall plan for the improvement of the coping strategy for the loss of core employees of Enterprise A,including the guiding ideology,basic principles,work focus and the overall plan framework for the improvement of coping strategy.At the same time,from the construction of A more competitive salary system,improvement of the current welfare system,establishment of career development dual-channel system,optimization of core staff training programs,the establishment of a more incentivizing performance appraisal system,create a good enterprise atmosphere and environment and other aspects of enterprise A to cope with the loss of core staff improvement strategies.The fifth part is the safeguard measures,including organizational safeguard,institutional safeguard and cultural safeguard.It is expected that this study can provide reference for dealing with the loss of core employees in Enterprise A. |
