| With the implementation of green energy strategy,future wind power,photoelectric penetration rate will be further increased,and large-scale access of new energy is inevitable.At the same time,the rapid development of renewable energy in China is constrained by the main reasons,such as conventional power supply,system peak regulation,delivery channels and insufficient market absorption capacity.As the installed capacity of clean energy continues to increase and the load growth rate slows down,the power abandonment of clean energy such as wind power,photovoltaic power and hydropower remains high,showing an upward trend in some regions.Chongqing is backed by Southwest hydropower base,and the consumption pressure of hydropower increases year by year.Improving the consumption capacity of clean energy such as hydropower through optimization of power grid dispatching has become an important topic at present.Therefore,this paper focuses on the elastic space of the generation and transmission link,and carries out the research on the optimization method of the generation and transmission plan using the elastic space to promote the absorption of hydropower.The work carried out in this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)The operation elastic space existing in the generation and transmission link is systematically analyzed.Combining the operation characteristics of the generation and transmission equipment itself,the elastic constraint model is established to explore the influence of different elastic operation Spaces on the power grid operation and the consumption of clean energy,and the rationality,feasibility and improvement space of the generation scheduling model are evaluated in advance.(2)The dynamic line quota model is established,and the coordination method of transmission plan based on the feasible domain of the power of the link line is proposed to realize the optimal allocation of power grid resources.(3)Considering various operational elastic constraints of power generation and transmission links,the optimal decision model of power generation and transmission scheduling considering the elastic space of power generation and transmission is established,and the feasible domain determination method of fast link line is proposed,as well as the quick solution method of decision model under the mode of direct purchasing power trading.In this paper,the optimization method of power generation and transmission planning by using elastic space to promote the absorption of hydropower can effectively expand the feasible area of power grid operation and realize the optimal allocation of energy resources.The results show that compared with the conventional dispatching optimization strategy,this optimization technology can improve the economy of power grid operation more effectively and improve the absorption capacity of hydropower resources. |
