Seek reform,follow the overall situation and lead the way.The "three-year period" of state-owned enterprise reform in 2022 is coming to an end,and many reform achievements need to be tested by the Party,the country and the people.Y Power Supply Company braves difficulties and risks,takes reducing work as the starting point,comprehensively deepens reform,optimizes work quality and efficiency,and devotes itself to high-quality development of the enterprise.Many institutional reforms,such as the incentive mechanism for core technical talents,the tenure system for managers and contractual management,have been carried out in an orderly manner,injecting long-term impetus into the reform of state-owned enterprises,and continuing to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises to develop in depth.The company completely ended the egalitarian situation of "big pot rice" and tried to establish and improve the differentiated salary incentive system.This paper studies the reform of the compensation system for the transportation and inspection staff,summarizes the experience,deepens the reform,and activates the enthusiasm of the transportation and inspection staff.Under the guidance of wage difference theory and broadband salary theory,this paper analyzes the implementation of the current salary system of the transportation inspection staff in detail,uses the questionnaire survey method to diagnose the problems of the transportation inspection staff salary system,and analyzes the causes of the problems in depth.Based on the survey results,this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the compensation system of the transportation and inspection staff,as well as the specific countermeasures and implementation safeguards.Aiming at the problem of salary incentive for transportation and inspection posts,the company follows the principle of optimizing the salary system to highlight fairness and incentive,the salary distribution is inclined to the front line and linked to the ability to perform their duties,the salary is linked to the company’s concept income indicators,and the idea of strengthening the cost-reduction and cost-saving orientation,continues to deepen the reform of post salary points,implement the total performance salary system,and differential payment,constantly improve the annual merit salary and auxiliary salary,and implement an incentive salary system.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary system reform,Y Power Supply Company needs to improve the company’s salary rules,steadily promote the pace of market reform and regulations,strengthen the attention and publicity and communication of the whole staff’s salary,and formulate a scientific salary reform strategic plan.
