The enterprise wants the sustainable development,the foundation is the talented person,in the logistics enterprise,the first line operating staff talent is most important.Because in the daily work,the first line operating staff is the main force to create value for the enterprise,and the customer contact is also basically first line operating staff,so we can see how important it is to form an excellent first line operating staff team.Through the improvement of the salary system,the requirements for the sustainable development of the enterprises can be set up,and the competitive salary system,realize the goal of much work and much money,improve the staffs working enthusiasm,to stabilize the the first line operating staff ranks,improve the sense of belonging and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.T company is the Tianjin port group is a subsidiary of the joint venture,the volume of business in the port of Tianjin is in the leading position,but the salary structure of The company’s first line operating staff is not reasonable,salary gap is small,the lack of internal fairness,performance incentives also no incentive,such compensation system has not adapted to the present situation of T company.Not conducive to the development of the company.So if you want to change the status quo,we should redesign the T company’s first line operating staff salary system.First of all,this paper proves the correctness and necessity of the topic orientation of this article through the domestic and foreign research status of remuneration.Then from the definition of the main research content of the salary design of the first line operating staff,this paper expounds the relevant theoretical basis of the salary and salary design in this article.According to the present salary system status of T company operating staff,this paper analyzes the development situation of T port logistics company and the status of company personnel structure.Based on literature research,quantitative analysis,case study and questionnaire survey,data collection and data analysis of employees in T port logistics company were carried out,and the current salary system was expounded and analyzed,and its advantages and disadvantages were pointed out.In view of the above problems,the main scheme of the T port logistics company’s first line operating staff position compensation design is designed.The salary system design in this paper has a certain reference value and value for the salary incentive management,and it also has a good reference for other logistics inspection companies.
