| Domestic and foreign scholars on lean supply chain management and supplier quality management have drawn a consistent conclusion: excellent lean supply chain system is of great significance to the improvement of enterprise product quality.By using lean management tools to continuously improve the quality of supply chain management,enterprises can form a competitive quality management system.This paper mainly analyzes the supply quality management problems of H Company.Based on the theory of lean supply chain management,the hidden quality problems in all supply links of H Company are investigated.Through data analysis,it is found that the main problems focus on three aspects: supplier quality management standards,quality control of R&D and design links,and logistics warehousing and transportation process.Based on the idea of lean supply chain,this paper makes an in-depth study on these problems,and finally gives a set of universal solutions,which mainly include: H Company’s supply quality management ideas and promotion paths;supplier quality management process and system improvement;supplier quality evaluation and incentive mechanism optimization;collaborative quality control of R&D design,supplier quality control and logistics service;a series of measures,such as organizational optimization,resource matching,process monitoring,full staff quality improvement and cultural construction.The author of this paper studies and arranges a complete problem solution from the perspective of lean supply chain,which not only solves the existing supply quality problems of H company point-to-point,but also provides a theoretical basis for the long-term and stable development of the company.At the same time,it also provides a solution to other enterprises with similar problems. |
