| At present,cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things and other technologies all point to intelligence,and in the context of industrial structure upgrading,intelligence is also a new driving force to promote the development of the industrial field,so the current trend of intelligence is not only the inevitable development of science and technology,but also the inevitable development of the industry.Industrial developed countries have experienced three historical development stages of mechanization,electrification and digitalization,and have the conditions to transform to the stage of intelligent manufacturing.The future must be an intelligent manufacturing system characterized by a high degree of integration and intelligence,replacing human mental labor in manufacturing as the goal,that is,organically integrating human intelligent activities with intelligent machines through computers in the entire manufacturing process,so as to effectively promote the experience and knowledge of experts,so as to realize the optimization,automation and intelligence of the manufacturing process.This paper analyzes the transformation process of Midea Group,and its leapfrog strategic change from large-scale manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing in2011~2018 is a gradual step-by-step transformation process.The former stage mainly realizes the ability leap from extensive management to digital management through the digital accelerated learning mechanism,and the latter stage mainly realizes the system leap from industrialization to intelligence through the digital reconstruction learning mechanism.This paper mainly separates the three stages of Midea’s pre-transformation,first-stage transformation and second-stage transformation,and combines debt solvency in each stage,operating capacity,profitability and growth ability four dimensions longitudinal comparison analysis whether these capabilities have a stage more due to the trend of the previous stage,and through the event research method to calculate the CAR of each stage,as well as each stage of EVA and MVA,through these enterprise value estimation methods to further confirm the effect and necessity of each stage of Midea’s step-by-step intelligent transformation,in addition,this article also makes a horizontal comparison for Midea’s benchmarking companies of the same scale in the same industry: Haier,Gree and the industry average.In order to supplement the shortcomings of the financial evaluation,the paper analyzes the effect of the transformation of some non-financial indicators of Midea,so as to make a comprehensive evaluation.This paper finds that the two stages of digital make-up in the first stage and intelligent innovation in the second stage are the key to China’s short-term intelligent transformation,and intelligent manufacturing provides new technical opportunities for Chinese manufacturing enterprises represented by Midea to carry out strategic changes and realize transformation and upgrading.After Midea’s step-by-step intelligent transmission transformation,its financial effect has been significantly improved,and the results after the second stage of transformation are better than the first phase of transformation.Therefore,enterprises not only need to quickly make up for the shortcomings of weak management capabilities,realize the ability leap from extensive management to digital management,so that management capabilities match intelligent manufacturing technology,but also need to realize the leap from industrialized system to intelligent system in a short period of time,so as to be able to innovate synchronously with enterprises in developed countries. |
