Research On The Quality Of Financial Status Of Asset-light Enterprises From A Strategic Perspective

With the consumption level of Chinese residents and the entry of foreign home appliance brands,The home appliance market in my country has been basically saturated.Under such a situation,competition in the home appliance manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly white-hot.The home appliance manufacturing industry is a very special industry,both in time and in products have high similarities,cannot solve the existing problems of enterprises by relying on price war,but causes the decline of net profit to varying degrees.Therefore,many enterprises gradually switch to the asset-light profit model.The purpose is to understand the influence of this new operation mode on the implementation effect of the strategy and the help of the financial quality optimization under the overall strategic goal of the enterprise.This paper reconstructs the structure of balance sheet with the financial analysis framework for analyzing the quality dimension of financial report created by Zhang Xinmin as a tool.This paper selects Gree Electric Appliances as a case,analyzes the quality of its financial report,and interprets it from a strategic perspective.Through comprehensive analysis of the quality of financial statements,Gree has a very strong ability to realize profits and holds a large amount of monetary funds.Besides,the personal brand of Ms.Dong Mingzhu,its chairman,can bring free publicity effect to the enterprise,so Gree has an extra advantage among asset-light enterprises.However,due to the reasons of its own business,the group's ability to resist risks is weak.Its business structure is still mainly based on air conditioning business,and the degree of specialization is still high.Its strategy is not consistent with its financial reporting structure.In order to change this situation,we should accelerate the pace of strategic transformation.Through a comprehensive analysis of the quality of financial statements,Gree has a very strong ability to realize profits,holds a lot of monetary funds,and because its chairman Ms.Dong Mingzhu's personal brand can bring free publicity effect to the enterprise,Gree has an advantage in asset light enterprises.However,due to its own business reasons,the group's anti risk ability is weak,its business structure is still dominated by air conditioning business,and the degree of specialization is still on the high side.Its strategy is not consistent with the financial reporting structure.In order to change this situation,we should speed up the pace of strategic transformation.
