In recent years,with the rapid advance of the energy revolution,lithium enterprises have expanded production,coupled with industrial upgrading and enterprise competition intensified,the industry has put forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of lithium talents.In such a competitive environment,if lithium enterprises want to quickly open the market and sustainable development,it is inseparable from its core competitiveness-talent.As an emerging enterprise in the lithium industry,Z Lithium Electric Manufacturing Company has encountered serious employee turnover in the process of rapid growth.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to combine theory with practice for analysis and research to find out the countermeasures to solve this problem,so as to maintain the stability of the staff and minimize the loss and impact of employee turnover.This paper firstly combs and introduces the basic concepts and related theories and models of employee turnover,which is the main theoretical basis of this study.Next,through the introduction of the employment background of the imbalance between supply and demand of talents in the lithium industry,the basic situation of Z lithium manufacturing company and the current situation of staff turnover of Z lithium Manufacturing company,it is concluded that there is a very high employee turnover rate in Z lithium manufacturing company.Subsequently,in order to solve this problem,this study adopts the survey method combining questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to find out the real cause of employee turnover.After conducting a questionnaire survey on the reasons for employee turnover among 100 in-service employees of Z lithium electric Manufacturing Company,and conducting exit interviews with the departing employees,especially in-depth interviews with employees in key positions,it is found that the main reasons for employee turnover of Z Lithium Electric Manufacturing Company are low salary satisfaction,few development opportunities,unreasonable organizational structure setting,and imperfect talent training mechanism.Finally,in view of the above reasons,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to relevant theories: first,improve the salary system,establish incentive salary structure;Pay attention to the internal fairness of compensation and pay attention to the external competition;Second,design a multi-channel career development path to increase employees’ career development opportunities;Third,optimize the organizational structure to promote communication and collaboration;Fourth,improve the personnel training mechanism to meet the needs of sustainable development.Starting from the employee turnover problem of Z lithium electric manufacturing company,this study combines uncontrollable factors such as the company’s macro environment and industry background with controllable factors such as internal management and employee demand,and puts forward more focused countermeasures for the retention of employees in lithium electric enterprises,which helps Z lithium electric manufacturing company to solve the practical problem of high employee turnover rate.At the same time,since the problems studied are not only unique to the object of this study,but also the problems faced by most lithium enterprises in the development process,therefore,this study can also provide some ideas and references for other enterprises in the industry to solve similar problems.
