Currently,the fast growth of the photovoltaic industry has not only boosted the employment rate,but also made a sensational contribution to the domestic and global economy.With the stunning expansion of thi s industry,talents have come into the limelight.Excellent talents are important for enterprises to strengthen their power to compete with their rivals.The author discovered that S Company had a very high staff turnover rate and a large number of departi ng employees,which resulted in the compa ny suffering very visible losses.The author also discovered,after evaluating a substantial amount of research materials,that there was a relationship between employee job satisfaction and turnover intention,and that turnover behavior,in turn,may have further impact on employee turnover rate.Nowadays,the study on employee turnover at mainland and abroad is primarily about medical treatment,hotel,construction,real estate and other industries,and most of the study subjects are large enterprises.Th ere are few theoretical results on the relationship between employee job satisfaction and turnover intention in such companies which have small and medium size in clean energy industry especially photovoltaic field.According to the author,the expansion of small and medium-sized concerns in the solar sector especially those with foreign capital status in China has unique research value.Therefore,the author wishes to take S Company as a noteworthy example and make contribution to enrich similar enterprise s management related research through examining the link between work satisfaction and employees’ intentions to leave their jobs,identifying the major causes of employee turnover to optimize employee turnover rate for the photovoltaic field.This paper summarizes the causes of employee turnover by organizing and implementing survey and one-to-one employee interviews based on employee feedback.At the same time,having examined a significant amount of domestic and international expert literatures in combina tion with taking adequate consideration of the actual situation of the photovoltaic industry as well as the feedback results from the company’s employees,the author summarizes four significant factors affecting job satisfaction of employees in S company.Based on referencing authoritative questionnaires,a questionnaire is designed to survey employee satisfaction and turnover intention in the photovoltaic industry.This article analyzes the influence of multiple variables of age,education,position as well as gender on the survey results.According to the study,the author is convinced that there is a link between employee expectation and desire to leave the company.This article is based on a thorough analysis of t he company’s current status which brings about some improvement suggestions to tackle the employee turnover matters,namely: set up reasonable remuneration and welfare solution;build up suitable promotion mechanism;redesign the workload,level the burden of employees,build good corporate cultur e.At the same time,this paper takes two years as the timeline,and brings suggestions for improvement based on organizational structure,personnel,and capital supports to optimize the employee turnover dilemma with specific measures and takes actions to ensure that the measures can be effectively implemented.The author expects that the findings can contribute to the management of enterprises as well as photovoltaic industry.
