In recent years,with the various industries’ mature development and the fierce competition among competitors,more and more companies are constantly building their teams,attracting and competing for talents in order to expand the market share of their business.Talents are the basis of sustainable development,the core of competitiveness,and the key to improve production efficiency.However,rather than retaining nor cultivating employees,only paying attention to recruit makes more and more companies continually lose talents.W Healthcare Service Company is an Internet-based healthcare service company under a Fortune 500 Group who has a professional knowledge staff team with strong comprehensive qualities.In the past two years,the turnover rate of employee has been higher than the average,and it is still on the rise.The active resignation of excellent employees not only slows the development of W Healthcare Service Company but also causes huge management costs to W Healthcare Service Company.Only by understanding the real and potential reasons for the employee resignation,and exploring essential and feasible solutions,can we effectively decrease the voluntary turnover rate of W Healthcare Service Company and ensure the stability of the team and the continued business.Based on the theory of human resource management and employee turnover,combining employee turnover interviews and employee satisfaction surveys,this paper takes W Healthcare Service Company as the study object and analyzes current employee turnover and human resource management status.This paper deeply explores real reasons why employees resigned and the potential reasons that may continually lead to employees’ resignation in the future,and summarizes them into personal factors,external environmental factors and corporate management factors that affect the loss of employees.Generally analyzing above aspects and combining theory and practice of employee turnover,this paper proposes a feasible solution that can solve the high turnover rate problem of W Healthcare Service Company.
