Satellite simulation technology is an important expansion of digital twin technology in the field of aerospace.As satellite simulation pays more and more attention to real-time interaction and intuitive performance,satellite simulation and visualization technology has emerged as the times require.Satellite simulation and visualization technology is not only a technology that simply visualizes the simulation process,but also a technology that can intervene and manipulate the simulation process by means of visualization.It is of great significance for the development of satellites and the ground support work of satellite operation in orbit.This paper designs a satellite visualization simulation platform,which implements visual simulation for the satellite development phase and ground support for the satellite in orbit operation phase.Aiming at the requirements for simulation and visualization in satellite development phase and the requirements for ground support of satellite in-orbit opration phase,this paper carries out research and engineering exploration and implementation respectively,and describes the important research results and construction experience in the key stages.The main research and work content of this paper is as follows:1.Study the technical basis and main application direction of spacecraft system simulation and visualization technology,so as to start from reality and explore the content and goals of system research.2.Explore the demand for simulation and visualization technology in the satellite development phase and carry out engineering implementation:In view of the development trend of digitalization of satellite development,the content and process of satellite digital assembly are studied and explored based on simulation and visualization technology.The satellite assembly scene construction and digital assembly demonstration method and function are realized.In view of the research needs of satellite development on the launch into orbit process,the simulation research of the satellite launch phase is carried out based on simulation and visualization technology,and the basic knowledge of rocket dynamics and the relevant content of the rocket center dynamics equation are used as the technical principle to realize the simulation and visualization display functions of each separation stage in the rocket launch process.In view of the research requirements of satellite development for the in-orbit efficiency of constellations,the simulation research of the constellation system is carried out based on the simulation machine visualization technology,and the functions of in-orbit operation simulation,satellite visibility analysis,sub-satellite point trajectory and coverage output,and configuration simulation and deduction are realized.3.In view of the demand for ground support in the functioning phase of in-orbit satellites,build a real-time situation monitoring system based on simulation and visualization technology to realize ground support and support for satellite models.Based on the research and exploration of simulation and visualization technology in this paper,the preliminary exploration of providing theoretical and simulation support in the satellite development phase is realized,and the ground support for the in-orbit operation phase of the satellite is realized.Through accuracy analysis,the accuracy and scientificity of the research content and construction system are proved,and it has certain practical value.
