Primer is the primary component of ammunition and its combustion performance directly affects the final effect of the next device and even the weapon system.The primer can burn smoothly and meet certain energy output,which is the key to realize the smooth launching of the projectile and ensure its launching accuracy.At present,there are few relevant studies on the derivation of combustion shape function,and few studies on the influence of different primer burning hot spots on combustion results.Therefore,this paper takes the primer fire as a model to study the different locations of primer hot spots.Primer is usually triggered by mechanical energy or electric energy,and one or more hot spots appear in the center or not far away from the center in the form of spherical outward diffusion combustion,According to the characteristics of primer combustion,a regular shape combustion model of small size flake cylinder is established in this paper.Using a novel way to derive the shape function of combustion,using MATLAB programming to calculate the shape function when the hot spot is in different positions,and fits the shape characteristic quantity under various circumstances,analyzes the combustion process.The combustion process diagram of primer at a certain combustion speed is obtained.According to the knowledge of sealed explosive and shape function,the pressure is analyzed and the pressure changes with time are obtained.In addition,according to the relevant knowledge of mathematical statistics,the location of hot spots is counted to study the influence of different hot spots on shape characteristic quantity,shape function,shape function fitting curve,combustion time and combustion pressure.In order to provide theoretical support for the study of the combustion performance of sheet cylinder primer,the calculated distribution characteristics of the pressure in time and space after firing primer are compared with the experimental results.
