The strength of the structures including regulated plugs, primers, and calyx under high pressure had been analyzed by nonlinear finite element method. The result show by thestress clouds, stress value, shape changing etc. The pressure curve drew from data of 57mm high cannon.1. Analyzed 8 kinds of regulated plugs. Calculating and analyzing results showed: (1) the most sensitive parts of all the plugs were near the bottom of axes of the notch, which was easily into auxiliary when under high pressure and caused unbalance or break of plugs. (2) Comparison of 8 kinds of plugs proved that the design of plug of primer 9 second was optimization because it was in plastic under increase and decrease in pressure.2. Analyzed primer-9, primer-9 that had been impact by pin, primer 5. The results proved that : (1) Because of the material's difference of primer-9 and primer-5, the maximum stress of primer-5 is larger than primer-9 but the maximum displacement is smaller than primer-9. (2) Because of the unrenewable shape changing of primer-9 after impacting by the pin, it will cracking under high pressure more easily. So, the paper give the suggestion that the designer should decrease the depth of impacting by pin in the case of the primer be fired successfully.3.Analyzed non-hole calyx, one-hole calyx and five-hole calyx, the most sensitive parts of all the calyxes were near the bottom of axes of the notch, and all the calyxes were in plastic under increase and decrease in pressure.
