The super short range active protection system refers to the defense system that intercepts incoming ammunition at a super close range,which is the last barrier to avoid the attack on the protected target.In this paper,the ultra-short range active protection system is taken as the research background,and the impact of various disturbance factors on the arrival state of interceptor missile is analyzed by exploring the landing point parameters under the influence of various disturbance factors.In this paper,on the basis of launch dynamics and internal and external ballistics,a kind of launch dynamics simulation software suitable for different types of interceptor ammunition is developed.The simulation software can modify the structural parameters of interceptor missile,related parameters of directional tube and launcher parameters,so as to obtain the whole process motion parameters of different types of launch systems in the launch stage and the outer ballistic flight stage.In this paper,the physical model of the ultra-short range protection system is simplified.The mathematical model of three stages of orbit motion and the rigid trajectory model of the missile body with 6 degrees of freedom are established.By using Runge-Kutta method,guided by the idea of object-oriented design and using C++ programming language,the basic operating framework of the software is designed,the motion model of the missile tube is solved by programming,the launch dynamics simulation software of the ultra-short range active protection system is developed,and the curve of the interceptor missile’s state quantity and attitude change is output.The influence of the change of the main structural parameters of the tube on its motion parameters is analyzed.Then it is determined that the read and write way of the file database of the launch dynamics simulation software is to use the format of "segment" and "section" to classify and store the simulation data of the launch system,and realize the development of the database.Finally,the launch dynamics software of the ultra-short range active protection system is used to simulate and analyze the whole launching process of the interceptor missile.The influence degree of various system parameters on the inconsistency of the projectile’s flight trajectory is obtained,and the distribution range of the random distribution parameters of the centroid distribution and attitude distribution of the interceptor missile at the encounter point is reduced.The correctness of the multi-body system dynamics model is verified by ADAMS.The simulation results can be used as a grade evaluation standard for researchers to evaluate the design accuracy of interceptor missile and interception system,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the interception accuracy of active protection system,so as to shorten the design cycle and reduce the development cost.The research results of this paper can be directly applied to the overall scheme design of tank ultra-short range active protection system.
