| Plate parts are a common part in the field of machinery,and have a wide range of applications in aerospace,vehicles,molds and other related fields.In order to ensure that the plate parts meet the requirements in the process of use,it is very important to measure the dimension parameters.The problem of low manual measurement efficiency,large measurement error and coordinate radius compensation is required.In this thesis,the laser vision hybrid non-contact measurement method is used.The laser vision hybrid three-dimensional measurement equipment is integrated with machine,electricity,light and computer.It can provide convenient,accurate and efficient measurement for parts.It mainly includes the following contents:1)Firstly,the measurement model of the measurement system is determined according to the measurement requirements of plate parts,and the mechanical structure of the measurement system is designed.The gantry structural module and rotating platform are adopted to improve the measurement efficiency and universality of the equipment.Then the key parts of the measuring equipment are finite element hydrostatic mechanical analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software.Finaily,the key hardware of the measuring equipment is selected.2)The measurement of plate parts mainly includes the following steps: First,Zhang Zhengyou calibration method is used to calibrate the measuring equipment.The laser and the vision are mixed.The laser provides the stitching datum for the visual stitching process;and the vision provides the measurement position for the laser after positioning the workpiece.Measurement is to preprocess the image after stitching and positioning to improve the measurement efficiency.The image edge was extracted by Canny operator and the extracted line segment and arc were fitted by least square method.The actual dimension parameters of plate parts were obtained by combining the pixel equivalent after camera calibration.Finally,the height information of plate parts was obtained by laser displacement sensor.3)Design the control module and measuring process in the measuring equipment,the design content is: control module principle and communication mode,measuring equipment electrical cabinet.The measurement process is designed based on C# and CANopen Builder development environment,including the system back to zero module,automatic measurement module and man-machine operation interface design and development.Finally,the experimental verification of the measuring equipment is carried out to verify the reliability of the image stitching algorithm and positioning method,and the measurement results are compared with the manual measurement results according to the specific plate parts measurement size parameters,so as to analyze the measurement errors,verify the feasibility of the measuring equipment,and meet the actual measurement requirements. |
