As the open road tolling mode becomes the main development trend of expressway toll collection mode,the traffic demand and traffic flow characteristics along the expressway will change accordingly,which will affect the spacing and form setting of expressway entrance and exit.In this context,this paper analyzes the influence of open road tolling mode.Based on this,the paper studies the spacing and form setting of expressway entrances and exits under the open road tolling mode by constructing the decision model.First of all,taking the open road tolling mode is taken as the object to analyze the change of the passage process of vehicles passing through the toll station under the open road tolling mode.This paper analyzes the change of traffic flow characteristics from discontinuous flow to continuous flow in terms of speed,capacity and delay,and based on this change,further discuss the influence of open road tolling mode on the spacing and form setting of expressway entrance and exit.Secondly,based on the analysis of traffic demand under the open road tolling mode,a decision model of the spacing between entrances and exits is constructed combining the entropy weight and TOPSIS evaluation.Through the method of urban spatial circle division,the regions along the expressway are divided into circle layers.Based on the result of circle division,the demand for high-speed travel in towns along the expressway is quantified.Combined with the distance decision model,this paper evaluates the distance between entrances and exits in different traffic demand scenarios,and proposes a method to determine the distance between entrances and exits without stops.Thirdly,based on the changes of traffic flow under the open road tolling mode,the evaluation model of exit and entrance form combined with DEA-AHP is constructed.Through the summary and analysis of the entrance and exit parameters and the form of ramp,the key parameters that have a great impact on traffic operation are selected based on VISSIM simulation.Through the combined simulation analysis of the selected key parameters and the form of ramp,the entrance and exit parameters and the form of ramp are recommended in different traffic scenarios,which provides a reference for the setting of the entrance and exit form in the open road tolling mode.Finally,this paper takes Henan section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway as an example to analyze the recommended spacing between entrances and exits under the open road tolling mode.The rationality of the recommended parameters and forms is verified by the form analysis of the new entrances and exits in Henan section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway.
