| The implantation of rail transit network and stations undertakes the responsibility of optimizing transportation and urban structure.Around the stations,with the decline of land value under the guidance of pedestrian circle,it also leads to the decline of corresponding urban function and spatial value,resulting in the difficulty of integration and linkage of multiple adjacent stations.Therefore,how to give full play to the catalytic role of rail transit stations in a wider range of urban space and form an urban structure of "points with lines and lines into areas" has become a topic worthy of in-depth research.The formation of multi station coordination mechanism needs to reduce the difference of land value between far and short distance under the guidance of walking circle,so that the adaptation of higher value function space can be carried out in a longer distance: on the one hand,through more convenient multi traffic connection,the "rigid" expansion of isochronous circle at different speeds can directly improve the long-distance accessibility;On the other hand,under the comprehensive connection of "elastic" urban elements such as function and space,improve the comfort of experience and weaken the psychological time perception of long-distance slow travel,so as to promote the vitality of a wider range of cities.This paper systematically integrates the above problems and strategies through the systematic construction and definition of "Isochronous 3D-Station-Realm".Among them,the general cognitive influence domain refers to the urban space radiated by the site after implantation,which is defined by5-10-15 min walk.The evolution of "Isochronous 3D-Station-Realm" relative to the influence realm is mainly reflected in: three-dimensional delicacy definition(three-dimensional is reflected in the three-dimensional integration of indoor and outdoor slow traffic networks,and the fine definition of isochronous circle layer based on the three-dimensional coordinates of the outbound gate),isochronous circle layer expansion(isochronous circle layer expansion with real connection behavior and different connection speeds)Elastic element integration(on the basis of traffic connection,introduce the comprehensive connection of multiple elements such as function and space),multi station coordination guidance(on the basis of isochronous circle expansion,combined with the differential distribution of vitality intensity under element integration,comprehensively guide circle integration and multi station linkage).According to its definition mechanism,under the definition of "rigid" isochronal circle,the vitality intensity simulation under the action of "elastic" urban elements is introduced.The comprehensive connection system composed of elastic urban elements is based on the "5D" classical theoretical model and the demand level of "efficient accessibility-convenient lifestyle-comfortable perception-coordination development-value promotion".Aiming at the subdivision of system elements,combined with case analysis,this paper further discusses its element integration and action mechanism.In the definition method,based on the analysis framework under the attributes of "starting point-three-dimensional path-target point" and "weights" of Urban Network Analysis(UNA),the three-dimensional link integration of comprehensive connection elements is carried out.In this way,the "rigid" isochronous circle definition and "elastic" vitality intensity simulation of "Isochronous3D-Station-Realm" are connected.On this basis,the relevant indicators are further analyzed and evaluated to form an individual behavior simulation mechanism with real redundant path selection,and the analysis samples are established based on the multi station linkage development model of Yokohama MM21.Finally,combined with the TOD urban design practice research of Feixi Road station,starting from the planning positioning and resource characteristics,and based on the definition of "Isochronous3D-Station-Realm",this paper puts forward the "walking + cycling" active traffic cycle integration strategy under the design goal of "resource integration-value improvement-multi station coordination",and further from the aspects of enhancing multi station coordination,optimizing the "near-far" connection system,integrating and improving functional resources,active travel integrates urban renewal,this four aspects of design strategies for implementation and digital simulation optimization.The full text is about 59000 words,81 pictures and 38 tables. |
