With the rapid development of modern information society,the battlefield environment is becoming more and more complex.In order to achieve the combat task of long distance and high-precision attack,Precision-guided munition have gradually attracted people’s attention.Among them,the point source target/jamming simulator is a kind of equipment that provides the infrared guidance system with more accurate simulation of the infrared radiation characteristics and motion characteristics of the target.Its application runs through the whole process of missile development,and is of great significance to Precision-guided munition.Based on this requirement,this article studies and designs a point source target/interference simulator,which has the advantages of strong real-time,multi-channel,and distributed control.Among them,optical systems include infrared optical projection systems and optical synthesis components.The infrared optical projection system is responsible for generating infrared target sources and interference sources.Here,a refractive optical system is used,which is characterized by unobstructed center,large field of view angle,and good imaging quality.Initially,a three piece structure was chosen,with silicon and germanium as the materials.Analyze the aberration of the optical system,evaluate the image quality,and optimize the design of the optical system.The optical synthesis component is responsible for synthesizing the infrared target source and interference source,so that both enter the seeker simultaneously.The control system of the simulator includes hardware and software parts.The hardware mainly includes a variable aperture,blackbody,shutter,and a two axis pendulum mirror.Each part cooperates with each other to change the position of the interfering light spot.The process is as follows: the motor drives the variable aperture to change the aperture size;The temperature controller controls the size of the blackbody temperature;The relay is closed to control the shutter switch,achieving the rapid appearance and disappearance of target,interference 1,and interference 2;The pitch and horizontal axes of the two axis pendulum mirror are respectively equipped with motors,and the motor rotates to change the angle,ultimately achieving the movement of the interference spot on the specified trajectory.The software part of the simulator control system mainly includes the design of local control modules and remote control modules.The local control module refers to the control of the lower computer’s corresponding actions by the upper computer issuing instructions through the HT5001 multifunctional composite acquisition card;Remote control module refers to the module where the main control computer communicates with the upper computer through the5565 reflective memory card,thereby controlling the lower computer.The software interface designed for the simulator control system mainly includes image interface and control interface.The image interface can display the trajectory of point source targets and interference in real-time;The control interface can set the corresponding parameters of the lower computer,such as the position parameters of the horizontal axis motor and the pitch axis motor,the temperature parameters of the blackbody,the switch of the shutter,and the aperture size of the diaphragm.Through the design of the software part of the control system,effective action control of the hardware part has been achieved,while also achieving real-time monitoring of the movement of target sources,interference sources,and hardware parameters.Finally,in order to apply reliability in the actual scene,the simulator is tested at board level,real-time and system level respectively.The test results show that the simulator studied in this paper can meet the test requirements of the seeker,and can be used as the detection equipment of infrared guidance system and Precision-guided munition.
