| The safe and stable operation of electric power system is a major event related to the normal production and life of the society,and an important link to improve social economic benefits and people’s happiness index.Ring network cabinet,as the last kilometer to get through all kinds of enterprises,businesses and residents,plays an important role in the whole power system.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the data of ring network cabinet to ensure its normal operation.Traditional ring network cabinet monitoring has the following two ways: 1.Manual periodic inspection;2.The way of wired data collection.Both of these two methods have their disadvantages.Manual inspection consumes excessive human and material costs,and it is difficult to know the running status of the ring network cabinet in real time,so it is difficult to ensure its safe and stable operation.Although wired data collection avoids manual inspection,due to the compact cabinet body of ring network cabinet,it is not conducive to wire collection data,and complex wire arrangement will bring unnecessary security risks to the normal operation of ring network cabinet.Based on this,this paper designs a fire monitoring system of ring main unit based on petri net optimization control.This article first ring network cabinet fire monitoring system for the overall architecture design,considering the power cost,as well as the comprehensive factors such as ring network cabinet running environment,in terms of hardware design,using CC2530 chip as the Zig Bee module master control chip,it is used to collect the information of temperature and humidity,combustible gas concentration,CO gas concentration and flame presence.BC26 is used as the communication chip in NB-Io T module,and forms heterogeneous networking with Zig Bee module to realize remote communication of the system.MQTT protocol is used to ensure smooth communication with Ali Cloud platform.In terms of software design,the networking program of Zig Bee module and the data communication program of NB-Io T module are designed,the data acquisition of temperature and humidity,combustible gas concentration,CO gas concentration and whether the flame is present at the terminal acquisition node are programmed,and the function configuration of Ali Cloud platform is designed.After the software and hardware design of the system is completed,according to the basic theory of Petri net,the system is modeled and optimized,and the reachable identification method,correlation matrix method and PIPE software modeling and simulation are used to analyze the safety and reliability of the system,so as to ensure that the system can realize the expected function of monitoring the operating environment of the ring network cabinet.The system is tested in the laboratory simulation environment.All kinds of sensors can complete accurate data collection,real-time and stable data transmission,and the cloud platform can receive data in real time and display the data.Using Petri net modeling improvement of traditional monitoring system,complete the multi-source information integrated control,abandon the traditional single threshold detection method,realize the rapid response of the monitoring system,improve the detection accuracy,and optimize the treatment measures of abnormal situations,improve the efficiency of processing,system design on the ring network cabinet running environment anticipated goal of effective monitoring,This ensures the safety and reliability of the ring network cabinet It provides a scheme for the ring network cabinet fire monitoring system and has certain value in practical application.Figure [67] Table [6] Reference [84]... |
