Urban underground pipeline gallery is a kind of infrastructure built under the city,which is used to carry various pipelines and facilities,such as power,communication,water,gas,etc.,as well as the monitoring and management of urban infrastructure.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous improvement of urban infrastructure,the scale and number of urban underground pipeline corridors are also increasing,becoming an indispensable part of urban infrastructure construction.However,due to the narrow space inside the pipe gallery,poor ventilation,and various types of pipelines inside the pipe gallery,cross complex,prone to fire accidents.The traditional fire warning device has single sensor,limited communication range and low judgment accuracy.Based on this,this paper relies on the project of urban integrated pipe gallery laboratory,applies wireless transmission technology and combines the free Internet of Things platform to propose a Zig Bee-based smart city pipe gallery fire monitoring system.This paper analyzes the functional requirements and working environment of the fire alarm monitoring system,designs the hardware and software of the wireless communication module,data transmission module and execution module of the monitoring system in detail,uses the multi-sensor fusion and BP neural network training model for fire warning,and uses the correlation positioning analysis method to locate the gas pipeline explosion.,and verifies the feasibility of the method.The internal environment monitoring and fire warning are realized.Finally,the stability and reliability of the fire alarm monitoring system are verified by simulated fire experiment.The system improves the safety factor of underground pipe corridor and saves manpower and material resources.In addition,the development cost of this system is low,the function is simple and easy to use,can effectively prevent the economic property losses caused by fire and other safety hazards in the pipeline corridor,improve the detection and alarm ability of the pipeline corridor fire,and ensure the safety of the city has important theoretical and practical significance.
