| Human resources and human resources management have gone through many years of development,including the traditional manual management,human resources information management,human resources Internet information management and other stages.The management mode has also changed from the traditional human management,five module management,human resources SCC and many other modes.With the development of science and technology,it has also brought a series of changes to human resources management,which will continue to lead human resources and human resources management into a new management stage and mode.In recent years,the development of popular big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies has pushed China into the digital era,accelerated social progress,and will continue to promote social development.Vigorously developing the digital economy is an important direction of China’s current economic growth.The foundation of promoting the rapid development of the digital economy is to realize the digital transformation.The core of realizing the digital transformation is to realize the digital transformation of enterprises.As the core power of enterprise development,human resource management,not only needs to carry out the digital transformation of human resources,but also needs to accelerate the pace of the digital transformation of human resources to support the realization of the digital transformation of enterprises.In order to realize the digital transformation of human resources,it is necessary to understand what is the digital transformation of human resources.First,the article studies the definition and main connotation of the digital transformation of human resources.On this basis,it studies the challenges of digital transformation to human resources management and the main measures to effectively promote the digital transformation of human resources.This article consists of five parts.Firstly,it is an introduction,which combines the current application background of digital technology in China to discuss the background and significance of enterprise human resource management actively applying digital technology to achieve transformation.At the same time,combining the research content and purpose of this article,introduce the research methods and ideas of this article,and construct the research framework of this article.On this basis,the relevant concepts and definitions involved will be clarified,including human resources,human resource management,and the digitization of human resource management.At the same time,the relevant theories involved in the analysis process of this article are discussed.Through a combination of questionnaires and interviews,the specific situation of Y Company’s current human resource management,the development of digitization,and the main issues of digitization of human resource management are analyzed.Through analysis,it can be seen that Y Company currently faces problems in its human resources management,such as low efficiency in employee job matching,weak talent dynamic management level,and insufficient talent development path planning.Next,we discussed the principles and feasibility of improving Y Company’s human resource management strategy.Based on this,we designed an improvement plan and discussed how to implement Y Company’s human resource management improvement plan.Finally,the conclusion section of this article summarizes the shortcomings and development prospects of this article. |
