The photovoltaic cell segment market where Shanghai Aixu New Energy Co.,Ltd.is located has enormous development potential and is also facing fierce competition.In 2022,the production of photovoltaic cells in China reached318 GW,a year-on-year increase of 60.7%,reaching a new historical high.But at the same time,due to the different expansion ratios and expansion times of each link in the upstream and downstream supply chain,the company’s operating profits have experienced huge fluctuations,with the possibility of increasing income without increasing profits or even losses.Based on this,this article first analyzes Shanghai Aixu New Energy Co.,Ltd.and its industry,and clarifies the favorable policies and unfavorable factors faced by the macro environment through PEST analysis.Then,it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s micro environment through methods such as industry analysis,enterprise resource analysis,and enterprise capability analysis.Finally,through SWOT analysis,the corresponding strategic combination plan is obtained.Through comparing and screening the four trends of strategies generated by the plan,the SO growth strategy is ultimately selected as the company’s development layout direction.Through analysis of the preconditions for several strategies involved in the development strategy,it is believed that the company is most suitable for implementing a vertical integration strategy.However,due to the high cost of backward integration,forward integration is implemented for battery products,while virtual backward integration is implemented for the upstream through the connection of industrial alliances and the mode of mutual equity participation and profit sharing.And through production marketing,marketing technology research and development,production and manufacturing,financial investment,and other methods to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s development strategy,so that the company can develop in the photovoltaic market where competition and opportunities coexist.
