The automotive industry is inextricably linked with the sustainable development of China's economy.The Chinese auto industry cannot be overestimated.It has performed over and over again on the world stage,making more and more foreign-funded auto companies enter China.This article analyzes in detail how foreign companies enter China after facing various aspects of advantages and disadvantages is how to conduct a detailed analysis,and how to choose the direction of strategic development,and finally describe how the automotive companies implement vertical integration.In the automotive industry in China,it is integrated vertically and repeatedly.This article thoroughly analyzes the status and indicators of X Company from various aspects,conducts a comprehensive analysis from inside the company,and reasonably applies various models,such as PEST,Five Forces Model,EFE and other analytical models,to deeply study Company X in the face of Various conditions.This article explains the viewpoint through three parts.It describes in detail the meaning of the topic and the related background.At the same time,it also defines the research purpose and field of the paper.After that,it describes the framework of the article and the author's arrangement and other relevant content,and also relates to the strategy.Knowledge points are described and explained.The core part of this article describes the author's use of strategic correlation analysis models to analyze,formulate,select,and implement relevant strategic developments for Company X.At the end of this paper,it is the author's summary and introspection.At the same time when the author summarizes the thesis,he also expounds the author's inadequacy and the limitations of the thesis.
