Research On Development Strategy Of Yanbian Power Supply Company Of State Grid

Electric power industry is the key industry to maintain the development of social economy and is related to the lifeblood of national economy.For a long time,China has carried out a series of reforms aimed at the power system,and had an important influence on the power generation side and sales side of the power industry.In 2022,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Administration jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a National Unified Electricity Market System,which clearly proposed the implementation of market-oriented transformation of electric power reform,restoring the commodity property of electricity nationwide,and improving the power market’s adaptability to a high proportion of new energy.In this environment,power grid enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the profit model of power grid enterprises may shift from earning purchase and sales price difference to earning reasonable transmission pricing,and they will actively develop power auxiliary services and further connect with new energy power generation business.On the other hand,how to improve the power grid guarantee ability,service clean energy development ability,and implementation of digital empowerment have become urgent problems to be solved by power grid enterprises.Power grid enterprises will have to optimize and adjust their business models and development strategies.Yanbian Power Supply Company of State Grid is a typical prefecture-level city power supply company.The research on its strategic management is conducive to summarizing the existing problems in the background of power system reform and proposing specific strategies,so as to provide reference for the development of power supply industry.First of all,this paper adopts the method of literature research and case study to elaborate the relevant theories and literature of strategic management,summarizes the operating and financial conditions of Yanbian Power Supply Company of State Grid,and analyzes the existing problems.Secondly,it uses PEST and SWOT analysis methods to summarize and analyze the external and internal environment of the company,as well as the existing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and finally comes up with a strategy that conforms to the actual development of the company.Finally,the article puts forward the steps to implement the development strategy of Yanbian Power Supply Company from many angles,and a number of measures to ensure the realization of the strategy.The article argues that Yanbian Power supply company should implement diversification strategy on the basis of the development strategy of "one body and four wings" of the state grid,namely,"accelerate the transformation of regional power grid,support clean power access,build friendly power grid","strengthen supporting industries,expand emerging industries,explore financial business,plan international business".At the same time,Yanbian Power supply company should promote the transformation and upgrading of the power grid,strengthen the quality of operation and management,develop diversified industries,strengthen technological innovation and other perspectives to practice the development strategy.It is expected that the research of this paper can provide some reference for the optimization and adjustment of the development strategy of Yanbian Power Supply Company of State Grid.
