Under the goal of "dual carbon opportunities" in China,in the context of stable and upward development of the Chinese economy,continuous fluctuations in the power system reform market,and the strong promotion of accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation and development of energy by the Shandong Energy Bureau,as the front-end designer of the power energy industry,grasp the national economic form and policy direction.Faced with the tide of the century,how can enterprises make further progress? In the wave of urgent need for transformation in the power design industry,rushing forward and exploring the correct path have certain implications for JW Power Design Company and even small and medium-sized enterprises in the entire power design industry.This article takes JW Power Design Company as the research object,summarizes and analyzes the current strategic environment of the enterprise.The current strategy of the enterprise is: specialization strategy,concentration of all internal resources and capabilities,and other favorable conditions,focusing on traditional power grid business.The author uses the PEST analysis tool to conduct a systematic review of the internal comprehensive situation of the enterprise,combined with various resource conditions of the enterprise,around the external macro environment and industry competition status of the power design industry.After weighted calculation using EFE and IFE matrices.Based on comprehensive analysis,it is believed that the enterprise is currently in a critical period of social development,with a relatively advantageous resource level and a positive overall social environment.The key elements are sufficient to support the enterprise’s exploration of new energy power development.The implementation of diversified strategy requires enterprises to seize opportunities to develop new power design businesses such as wind,electricity,light,and energy storage,and formulate implementation measures and guarantee measures for the new strategy based on the adjusted strategy.The author believes that during the intersection of various positive situations in society,enterprises should seize their own resource advantages,actively develop new power design business,actively undertake power grid design business,actively explore markets outside the province,and continuously improve the reputation of the enterprise.The management should also improve their own management level,pay attention to the construction of corporate culture,enhance employees’ sense of honor,and seize the breakthrough of enterprise development.At the same time,this article also proposes that JW Power Design Company should take measures to improve and promote talent incentive policies,strengthen corporate culture construction,adopt the "financial business 1+1" management model,and improve customer satisfaction to ensure the implementation of diversified strategies.This article mainly provides reference for the development of JW Electric Power Design Company,and can also provide reference opinions for the development of small and medium-sized electric power design companies in the new era.
