| Digital technology and digital economy are the first opportunity of the world’s scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.It is the historical background of China to vigorously promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization.It is inevitable for medical industry as one of the pillar industries of our country to use digital technologies to innovate the industrial pattern and cultivate new growth drivers.At the same time,the problem of uneven distribution of domestic medical resources becomes more prominent due to the younger age of chronic diseases.It is crucial for the development of medical industry to implement digital transformation with digital technology and realize the multiplication of high quality medical resources.In this paper,Yuwell Group is selected as the research object to explore its digital transformation path and its mechanism on enterprise performance,so as to provide reference for current medical enterprises to carry out digital transformation.Based on dynamic capability theory and process reengineering theory,this paper adopts the case analysis method to study the motivation,digital transformation path and the action mechanism of path on enterprise performance of Yuwell Group digitization transformation,and analyzes the performance of Yuwell Group digitization transformation from four dimensions of balanced scorecard.The results show that:(1)Under the drive of improving brand influence,reducing operating costs,optimizing operation structure,improving service effect,national policy support and coping with industry competition,Yuwell Group chooses to implement digital transformation strategy.(2)Yuwell Group realizes digital transformation by improving the sales network,optimizing the operation structure,promoting learning empowerment and realizing data empowerment.(3)Digital transformation positively affects the performance of Yuwell Group enterprises.From the financial dimension,the expansion of online channels has increased the business income of enterprises.From the perspective of customer,building an external platform improves user satisfaction and market share;From the perspective of internal process,the construction of internal platform can improve the inventory turnover rate and reduce the administrative expense rate.From the dimension of learning and growth,digital transformation increases the number of high-end talents and improves the value creation ability of employees.This paper not only expands the application of dynamic capability theory in the context of digital transformation,but also enrich relevant research on the effect of digital transformation on enterprise performance,and provides case support for the digital transformation of medical enterprises. |
