Research On NM Company’s Technology Innovation Ability Improvement Strategy

context,enterprises must strengthen technological innovation,improve independent innovation capacity,and continuously promote technological progress in order to maintain competitive technology innovation capacity research at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of NM Company,uses questionnaire method and interview method to sort out the internal and external key elements of technology innovation capacity of the Company,and makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of technology innovation capacity of the Company.On this basis,a set of technical innovation capacity index evaluation system including 4 first-level indexes,8second-level indexes and 13 third-level indexes is constructed,and the technical innovation capacity evaluation model is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP,and the technical innovation capacity of NM company is comprehensively evaluated.Finally,combined with the analysis of evaluation results,we find out the constraints of NM ’s technological innovation capacity,and put forward a series of strategies to improve technological innovation capacity.From the internal factors,technology innovation management system,component architecture,number of R & D personnel,proportion of R & D investment,transformation of scientific and technological achievements are the main factors restricting the improvement of NM company ’s technological innovation capacity.Among them,organizational structure is the basis for technological innovation of enterprises,which determines whether technological innovation activities of enterprises can be carried out smoothly.Technological innovation R & D system is the guarantee of technological innovation for enterprises,and it can effectively ensure the smooth progress of technological innovation.The proportion of R & D investment is an important guarantee for enterprises to carry out technological innovation,and sufficient R & D investment can ensure the quality and efficiency of technological innovation.From external factors,market demand,policy environment and talent team are important factors to promote the improvement of NM company ’s technological innovation capacity.Market demand is an important driving force for enterprise development and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.It Fully
