| Based on the investigation and research on the warehousing management of YS auto parts Company,this dissertation deeply explores the warehousing management problems faced by YS auto parts company.Combined with the industry attributes of its own auto parts,this dissertation deeply analyzes the deep reasons for the warehousing faced by YS auto parts company,and finds out that the JIT production mode,high speed,It is particularly urgent to meet customers’ sequencing requirements and realize more lean warehouse management at the same time.In addition,in the case of unable to change the workshop and storage area,how to achieve the maximum storage of materials becomes imminent.In the process of research,we also found that the traditional WMS(Warehouse Management System)design has been unable to meet the requirements of the current enterprise’s collectivized,standardized,flexible and integrated system.Isolated operation between systems,system interaction has become a barrier to enterprise operation.Picking area management does make manual work the primary mode of operation;Due to the inability to expand the storage area of finished product warehouse,the existing storage space has been unable to meet the storage requirements of finished product.The low efficiency of inbound and outbound scanning leads to the untimely receipt and delivery of goods.Although a lot of automated logistics equipment has been used in the factory,there is a lack of effective scheduling mechanism between equipment and equipment.There is no global signal interaction,task assignment,result confirmation between equipment and system,and the lack of overall scheduling function.Based on the problems found above,this dissertation proposes several targeted solutions based on the intelligent WMS system.By re-designing the intelligent WMS system based on the concept of a platform to achieve the management of enterprise information platform,break the original "chimney" system structure,and open up the "two channels" between the system and the system and the equipment.Through the introduction of RFID gate grid technology,the original box-by-box bar code scanning mode has been transformed into one-piece scanning in and out of the warehouse,and the efficiency of in-and-out has been greatly improved.With the introduction of PTL system module,fast blind sorting has changed the history of blind picking area management.Through the introduction of automatic three-dimensional warehouse,the shutdown time of customers caused by the wrong sort delivery becomes 0.Finally,the dispatching center in the intelligent WMS realizes the seamless connection between all systems and devices.This dissertation selects representative enterprises in the auto parts industry,studies the optimization of warehouse management based on the concept of intelligent system,and expects to verify the feasibility of optimization and innovation for the auto parts industry and intelligent service providers.It can be used as a reference for similar enterprises’ warehousing optimization reform in the later stage. |
