In 2015,a new round of power system reform in China was officially launched.This round of power reform aims to break the monopoly of the power grid and use market-oriented trading methods to reduce the burden on the real economy.Among them,power selling companies play an intermediate role in regulating the relationship between the power generation side and the user side.In the initial stage,due to the impact of policy dividends,the purchase and sale price differences of power selling companies are extremely high and the profits are quite high.However,as the power system reform enters the deep water zone,the policy dividends have significantly declined,"The difference between the purchase and sale prices has been low and low,coupled with a sharp rise in coal prices in the past two years.The process of electricity reform has been hindered,and power selling companies have also shifted from crazy expansion in the early stage to mass delisting.Now,they are gradually returning to rationality."This article takes Zhihe Power Sales Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the research background,significance,methods,and framework,and proposes the necessity of carrying out a new development strategic positioning for Zhihe Power Sales Co.,Ltd.Starting from the rapid development of Zhihe Power Sales Company’s business in recent years,but the annual decrease in power consumption profits and the increase in single operation risks,this paper deeply analyzes the current major problems of Zhihe Power Sales Company,such as untimely and inaccurate interpretation of power reform policies,multiple missed "large price difference" profit opportunities,lack of power plant side resources,high cost of power products,slow development of new power services,and faults in power service quality.Secondly,after synthesizing the relevant theories of strategic management and literature research results related to the development strategy of the power selling company,this article uses the PEST analysis model to analyze the external macro environment of the Zhihe Power Selling Company,including several dimensions of political,economic,social,and technological environment;Using Porter’s Five Forces Model,this paper analyzes the industry environment of Zhihe Power Selling Company,and evaluates the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats accurately and objectively based on the company’s internal environment such as human resources and enterprise resources;Subsequently,the SWOT model was used to analyze the different strategic combinations of the enterprise,and a strategic combination plan suitable for the development direction of the enterprise was selected based on this analysis.Finally,this article focuses on studying the company’s future development strategic objectives and strategic implementation plans,and proposes the choice of diversified development strategies.Specifically,it takes full advantage of the Group’s integrated industrial chain advantages to expand its business,while ensuring the healthy development of its main business,promoting diversified development strategies,innovating business models,developing the potential of the electricity market,expanding electricity trading and value-added services,including value-added services such as energy saving and energy storage,intelligent microgrid,and providing integrated energy solutions to meet user needs at multiple levels.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of Zhihe Power Sales Co.,Ltd.from the perspective of the development of the new electricity reform,and puts forward suggestions for strategic adjustment and optimization.This paper is intended to provide reference and theoretical reference for the development strategy of domestic power selling companies in the new power reform period.
