| With the pace of reform and opening up,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly.After 40 years,the automobile industry has made outstanding contributions to the national economic construction.Whether it is the proportion of automobile sales in the total retail goods,the proportion of YF or the proportion of employees’ employment,it has maintained a good trend for many years.Today,China’s private brand vehicles have achieved common development with joint venture vehicles.State owned enterprises,private enterprises,joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises are closely linked,symbiotic and coexisting,the industrial chain has developed healthily,and an automobile industry system with various types and complete supporting facilities has been formed.Auto parts industry is an important part of the auto industry.With the development of the auto industry,it is also facing fierce industry competition.Reducing product cost and environmental protection oriented design have become the necessary conditions for the sustainable development of the industry.The auto parts industry is facing a severe test,and the problem of transformation and upgrading must be considered.Based on the above considerations,this paper adopts the methods of literature research and field research,and uses the tools of internal and external environment analysis,SWOT and pest to discuss and study the development strategy of YF company.On the basis of literature review and theoretical research,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of YF company.Based on the analysis of internal and external environment,the problems existing in YF’s competitive strategy are diagnosed.In order to solve the problems existing in the current competitive strategy,SWOT analysis and quantitative strategic planning matrix are used to re select the competitive strategy for YF company,and formulate the implementation scheme and safeguard measures of the competitive strategy.Through the cultivation of competitive advantage and analysis of the external environment of the industry,this paper puts forward the overall development plan for auto parts,takes the opportunity of grasping the times,formulates the strategic plan in line with the long-term development of YF company,improves the core competitiveness of YF company and promotes the vigorous development of YF company. |
