| Chinese construction industry needs to consume a large amount of energy,energy consumption caused by Windows is about 40% to 50% of the total energy consumption caused by building envelope.In areas where the demand is mainly for refrigeration,the use of building energy-saving glass can improve the optical performance of glass,enhance the heat insulation effect of Windows,improve the indoor thermal comfort environment,reduce the building cooling load,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.Transparent nano heat insulation film pasted on the surface of ordinary glass is a new passive cooling technology with passive input,which can block most solar radiation into the room and keep the indoor temperature of the building comfortable,thus reducing the refrigeration energy consumption caused by the solar radiation of the building glass window,and does not require additional refrigeration power or other energy,significantly improving the energy efficiency of the building glass window.However,there is still a lack of systematic research on the heat insulation and energy saving of transparent nano-insulated membrane glass Windows.In order to promote the application of the new energy-saving glass Windows in architecture,the optical properties of transparent nano-insulated film glass Windows are experimentally studied.Furthermore,the full-size experimental room was built to test and analyze its thermal insulation performance in real indoor and outdoor environments.Finally,based on the data of optical properties and thermal insulation properties,a simulation model of building energy consumption was established,and its effects on climate energy saving were studied and evaluated.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The optical properties of transparent nano-insulating film hollow glass Windows were tested and characterized.Through the study on the solar spectrum of transparent nano insulation film insulating glass(including ultraviolet light,portable light and near-infrared light),it is found that transparent nano insulation film insulating glass has selective light transmittance.Its visible light transmittance ratio is 58.7%,the near-infrared light blocking rate is as high as 94.7%,and the photothermal ratio is 1.3,which can ensure sufficient visible light in the room.At the same time can prevent a lot of heat into the room.(2)The thermal insulation performance of transparent nano heat insulation film hollow glass Windows was tested and analyzed in full-size building model.In order to explore the practical application effect of transparent nano heat insulation film,the insulating glass with nano transparent heat insulation film was applied in the full-size building built in this study.Under the real external climate conditions in Guangzhou in summer,the indoor cooling effect and thermal comfort of insulating glass with transparent nano heat insulation film were analyzed through real-time monitoring of indoor environmental parameters.It is found that the nano-insulation film attached to the outer surface of insulating glass has superior heat insulation property.During the period of strong solar radiation,the average indoor air temperature of the glass room affixed with nano-insulation film is 0.5℃~0.8℃ and0.01℃~0.6℃ lower than that of the ordinary insulating glass room and Low-e glass room,respectively.The indoor PMV value can be reduced by 0~0.4 when the insulating glass surface is pasted with nano insulation film.(3)The energy saving performance of transparent nano heat insulation membrane hollow glass Windows was studied and evaluated.Based on the study on the optical and thermal insulation properties of transparent nano insulation film hollow glass Windows,a building model with transparent nano insulation film hollow glass Windows was constructed using Designbuilder software.The accuracy of the simplified calculation model was verified by comparing the measured values with the simulated values.Through the verified model to explore the transparent nano heat insulation film in different film location,different cities,different window-wall ratio of energy saving effect;Four cities,Haikou,Guangzhou,Changsha and Shanghai,where the cooling demand is mainly in the south,are selected for energy conservation analysis.It is found that in Shanghai and Changsha,where the solar radiation intensity is high in summer,the energy efficiency of nano-heat insulation film affixed to the outdoor surface of insulating glass is more significant,and the power consumption can be reduced by 6.0%~11.5%.At the same time,it is found that the higher the window-wall ratio,the better the energy saving effect of transparent nano insulation film insulating glass.The research results of this paper can provide experimental data and model reference for the development and application of transparent nano insulation film building glass Windows,improve the thermal insulation performance of buildings,and promote the development of building energy saving and carbon reduction technology. |
