Due to the huge energy consumption in recent years in our country,according to the report of analysis of energy consumption in recent years,the proportion of total energy consumption of building energy consumption is the sum of other energy consumption,thus reduce the energy consumption gradually becomes the building energy conservation is an important task in the field of the subject,the impact on building energy consumption of the building envelope is construction of thermal resistance,the biggest of all building wall thermal performance.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the thermal insulation performance of residential building walls in guanzhong area.To explore the performance characteristics of each heat preservation system and feasibility,especially in the guanzhong region climate characteristic,based on the field in the laboratory building with the proportion of different wall type,contrast of aerated concrete block with the traditional clay porous brick wall,the two different commonly used thermal insulation material with a variety of guanzhong regions and the new heat preservation silica aerogel external wall thermal insulation material,such as technical materials for thermal insulation wall with a variety of sectional experiment of materials,in accordance with local environmental humidity insulation performance test,hot box using multi-channel test instrument and calibration method contrast of the different types of thermal insulation materials and the combination of the transform relationship between the wall,Work out different combination with the test data of the data of coefficient of heat preservation and thermal insulation performance and energy consumption analysis using DeST-h software simulation,it is concluded that can meet the mark"(GB/T50378-2014(hereinafter referred to as the"green mark ")to5points in wall body combination type,the results show that type coal gangue perforated brick wall "of the building,the accumulative total load reduction is less than 5%.Therefore,standard load of wall building are the key points of thermal performance research of green building wall.It is pointed out that when determining different types of insulation layers with different thickness,the thermal insulation coefficient should be obtained through measurement and calculation in combination with the actual temperature and humidity parameters in guanzhong area,and the thermal insulation capacity of materials should be quantified.And based on economy,durable type,construction technical difficulty and calculate several typical retaining wall structure of the guanzhong region in guarantee under the premise of meet the green standard five points,the most economical insulation layer thickness,selection of insulation materials in the guanzhong area the size of the type,the thickness of the material to provide certain theory basis and the technical support of the experimental data.
