| Along with industrial development and energy consumption,climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions is one of the major challenges facing countries around the world.As a green and low-carbon high-tech industry,the new energy vehicle industry is a core driving industry and a common strategic choice for countries to achieve carbon neutrality goals.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses the theory of industrial agglomeration and patent cooperation innovation as the theoretical basis,and uses the data of Chinese patent applications from 2001 to 2020 as a research sample to analyze the technological innovation cooperation relationship of China’s new energy vehicle industry through empirical analysis.Firstly,through expert consultation,the patented technologies of new energy vehicles are divided into six technical fields: battery,battery management system,power system,power controller,vehicle management controller,and charging pile;and through patent data mining and comparing the technological distribution of patented technologies,we found the status quo of patent applications and technical cooperation in China’s new energy automobile industry at the current stage.Secondly,through the social network analysis method,the intensity and distribution of the cooperation relationship between patent applicants of different types and different regions in the industry are studied,as well as the cooperation among industry,university and research.Finally,the multiple regression model is introduced to analyze the influence mechanism of technological innovation cooperation in China’s new energy vehicle industry.The study found that the new energy automobile industry technology innovation cooperation network as a whole presents the following characteristics: Firstly,the scale of cooperation is small,cross-group cooperation is small,and the industry-university-research cooperation is not strong;Secondly,the complexity of cooperation networks varies depending on the technical field;Thirdly,with Beijing,Guangdong,Zhejiang and other provinces and cities as important nodes,evolving from east to west,weakening from south to north.The conclusions on the technological innovation cooperation mechanism in the industry are as follows: Firstly,technician resources have a significant impact on overall industrial cooperation,cooperation in various technical fields and regional cooperation,however,the impact of intellectual property policy on these three cooperation relations is not significant;Secondly,industrial policy has a significant impact on the cooperation on the whole industry and the eastern region,but not on the western region;Thirdly,patent efficiency only has a significant impact on the whole industry,patent quality only has a significant impact on the eastern region,and patent quantity only has a significant impact on the western region.In response to the conclusions drawn and combined with the actual situation in each region,this article gives the following suggestions to promote the efficient development of China’s new energy vehicle industry technological innovation cooperation: Firstly,strengthen the layout of patents in technical fields,promote technical cooperation among fields;Secondly,stimulate in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the intensity of patent cooperation;Thirdly,optimize regional industrial clusters,cultivate patent cooperation networks;Fourthly,attach importance to personnel training and introduction,build a composite team;Fifthly,promote and implement targeted policies,implement intellectual property standards. |
