With the development of society,technological innovation has become an important source of national strength.In this paper,the 2012 revised national economy increased industrial sectors,the automobile industry as the starting point,select 186 stocks in Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies in the automotive industry and information online as an initial study sample,the first of the study sample of industries measure;then combined patent identification intensive industries,and learn from existing research results,industry recognized reference standard,from the amount of valid patents,an effective amount of invention patents,patent applications growth rate(%),the patentee to maintain the rate of five years for each one hundred million yuan of revenue In five aspects of the number of effective patents,186 listed companies in the auto industry were identified,and the patent-intensive enterprises in China’s auto industry were tentatively defined.Finally,29 patent-intensive enterprises in the auto industry were selected as research objects,and then they were Analysis of the efficiency evaluation of technological innovation.In the research on the technical innovation efficiency evaluation of patent-intensive enterprises in China’s auto industry,the two-stage chain-related DEA model was selected through the applicability analysis of the model,and the two-stage technology innovation efficiency evaluation system was constructed according to the construction principle of the index system.Based on this,the paper studies the efficiency evaluation of patent innovation of patent-intensive enterprises in China’s auto industry.In the evaluation and analysis of the research samples,after the "isotropy" verification and the simple descriptive statistical analysis,the overall technical innovation efficiency evaluation and the specific technical innovation efficiency evaluation were analyzed.Finally,based on the research conclusions,combined with the development status of the industry,tentatively put forward several countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions of this paper mainly include the following two aspects.On the one hand,from the point of view of the overall evaluation of innovative efficiency technologies:(1)the overall efficiency of technology innovation knowledge output stage is low,and a variety of technological innovation efficiency showed different development trend;technological innovation efficiency of economic output stage showing The development trend of wave type,the development trend of various technology creation efficiency is more consistent.(2)Pure technical efficiency has an important impact on the efficiency of technological innovation in the knowledge output stage,and scale efficiency is the main factor of technological innovation efficiency in the economic output stage.(3)In the stage of knowledge production,although the efficiency value of “automobile manufacturing” related enterprises is slightly higher than “auto parts and parts manufacturing”,the development trend of both is not obvious;in the economic output stage,“ The pure technical efficiency of related companies in the manufacture of auto parts and accessories has become a key factor in improving innovation efficiency,and scale efficiency has become the key to improving the technological innovation results of “automobile manufacturing”.On the other hand,from the perspective of specific technology innovation efficiency evaluation and analysis:(1)From the perspective of efficiency evaluation,the DEA in the economic output stage is more effective than the knowledge output stage.(2)From the perspective of scale-benefit analysis(RTS),effective DMUs are more concentrated in certain enterprises regardless of the scale of remuneration,and the same companies’ performance in the short-term is generally stable.In addition,most of the two companies in the two stages showed the same change in scale during the research period,and a few showed the increase in scale returns and the least diminishing returns to scale.(3)From the perspective of projection analysis,at the stage of knowledge production,there were 19 listed companies with redundant input and insufficient output during 2015-2016,indicating that there are still many patent-intensive companies whose technological innovation efficiency has not reached Valid state.In the economic output stage,there were 15 listed companies with indefinite DEA in 2016-2017.Compared with the knowledge output stage,although the redundancy of input factors is still serious,the output slack is relatively good.It is hoped that through the exploration of this article,we can theoretically enrich the relevant content of patent-intensive enterprises and their technological innovation efficiency in China’s auto industry,and deepen and expand the research theory of evaluation index system and technological innovation efficiency.In addition,the scientific and objective evaluation of the technological innovation efficiency of patent-intensive enterprises in China’s auto industry and the deep excavation analysis will help to explore the root causes of inhibiting and promoting the technological innovation efficiency of patent-intensive enterprises in China’s auto industry.At the same time,it is also of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of patent-intensive enterprises and step into the new industrialization road.
