Fuel cost accounts for more than 70% of the total cost of coal-fired thermal power generation enterprises,so fuel cost management is the most important part of the operation and management activities of coal-fired thermal power generation enterprises.ZJ Power Plant,as a coal-fired thermal power generation enterprise that has been put into operation for 25 years,has small unit capacity,high energy consumption,and unit power generation cost is at a disadvantage in the power market.It is more urgent to improve management efficiency and reduce production costs,especially fuel costs.With the continuous development of information technology,using information management system to improve enterprise management efficiency and reduce management costs is an important way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Based on the requirements of fuel management in ZJ Power Plant,this thesis studies the actual status of fuel management in power plant and the original discrete information management system that only covers part of fuel management,finds out the problems and deficiencies in fuel management and the original information system,and puts forward ideas for optimization and improvement based on system management theory,optimization theory,and information management theory.The original fuel management information system of the power plant was optimized and reconstructed,which effectively improved the efficiency of fuel management.At the same time,data analysis is used in the system to optimize the fuel procurement plan,coal inventory,fuel blending and burning and other key links,providing the most economical auxiliary decision-making for fuel management of ZJ Power Plant,realizing standardized,efficient,real-time,and controllable fuel management in all links,so as to further reduce the fuel cost and ensure the environmental protection and economic operation of the generator set.The system has achieved good results in practical application,and has certain reference significance for similar coal-fired thermal power enterprises.There are 40009 words in the text and 49 references.
