| With the wide application of hydraulic excitation technology in industrial fields such as pile sinking,crushing and seismic simulation,how to further improve the working performance of hydraulic vibration exciter has become an urgent problem to be solved.As an important part of the hydraulic vibration excitation system,the pipeline parameters such as elastic modulus,length and diameter have a significant impact on their own pressure and flow characteristics and the output dynamic characteristics of the vibration exciter.In view of the above phenomena,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the motion equation,continuity equation and transmission line theory of liquid flow,the wave equation in time domain analysis and the transfer matrix in frequency domain analysis of unsteady flow in pipeline are established.The nonlinear parameters are reasonably simplified and approximated by mathematical method,and the relationship expression between pipeline parameters and pipeline liquid capacity,liquid resistance and liquid sense is established.(2)The AMESim model of hydraulic excitation system is established,and the influence laws of pipeline material,length,diameter,outer coating thickness,bend curvature radius,bend distribution and other parameters on pipeline pressure and flow characteristics are analyzed;The output amplitude and energy transfer efficiency of the exciter are determined as the evaluation indexes of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic excitation system,and the variation law of the evaluation indexes with the pipeline parameters is studied.(3)Using the design expert experimental design software,taking the pipe material,length,diameter and wall thickness as the influencing factors,the energy transfer efficiency and the output amplitude of the vibration exciter as the response parameters,the four factor five level orthogonal experiment is designed,the reasonable prediction model of response parameters is established,and the influence significance of pipe parameters on response parameters and the interaction effect between parameters are analyzed.(4)Build the experimental platform of hydraulic vibration excitation system,study and analyze the influence law of pipeline parameters on the output amplitude of vibration exciter and the change of pipeline port pressure through experiments,and compare and analyze with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation model. |
