As one kind of actuators of the digital hydraulic which is developing, the digitalhydraulic cylinder has showed great developed potential which can be used almost forany electro-hydraulic servo occasions. It makes the complex speed control andposition control in traditional hydraulic become single pulse control. Therefore, thecontrol system is greatly simplified. In this paper, one kind of the built-in feedbackstepping digital hydraulic cylinders is modeled and simulated by AMESim software.Its dynamic and tracking characteristics are analyzed under different circumstances.The main research contents and results of the full text are listed as follows:(1) On the basis of the development of hydraulic transmission, we mainly introducethe concept and the development status of the digital hydraulic cylinder at home andabroad. By AMESim software, do the physical modeling and simulation, tap itsadvantages and characteristics and propose improvement measures for theinadequacies.(2) On the foundation of studying the structure and working principle, theparameters of the digital hydraulic cylinder are calculated against specific condition.At the same time, mathematical modeling and analysis are made for the asymmetricalhydraulic cylinder controlled by the valve so as to cross reference for simulationanalysis based on AMESim.(3) According to the AMESim model built, get the simulation. Incremental workingprinciple of the digital hydraulic cylinder is verfied. Through changing single variableand keeping the other variables constant, simulate its impacts and proposeimprovement measures when there are load changes, oil source pressure changes,manufacturing errors, four-way valve opening and size, and so on. Taking sinusoidaltracking for example, tracking characteristics and the shock caused by the change indirection of motion are analyzed. In view of the causes of the shock, give thecorresponding improvement measures.(4) By building the digital experimental platform, experiments which includerepeat accuracy of single cylinder and synchronous operation of multi-cylinder arecarried out. At last, make comparison between the experimental results and thesimulation analysis. |
